I've been reading some articles on this but could use all the advice/personal experiences I can get.
Since early October I (21F) have been experiencing irregular/absent periods (only two light bleeds two weeks apart that didnt seem like true periods), noticed a decrease in breast size, and have been experiencing extremely persistent bloating and mild constipation. I also experienced low energy, low moods, fatigue, drastically fluctuating hunger levels including a period where i constantly craved sugar, and currently feel cold all the time. my only bloodwork so far has shown low estrogen and slightly high blood sugar (but still in lab's normal range) but normal thyroid hormones. i had a transvaginal ultrasound and was told everything looked normal--no cysts and i have 10 antral follicles on one ovary and 12 on the other. the dr who performed the ultrasound told me he thinks I have HA, but I was not sure because I don't match the typical profile--I wasn't consciously very restrictive with food and exercised very little. However i did lose ~3 lbs and experience a breakup over the course of the summer and over the last year and a half ive lost ~9 lbs and was always fairly thin to begin with.
I'm not experiencing acne or hirsutism but haven't had my androgen levels or other hormones besides estrogen tested yet and i know that a normal ultrasound isn't enough to rule out pcos. all i've read about hypothalamic amenorrhea says that you actually don't have to be severely underweight to get it and the current caloric recommendation for women of 1500-1800 is outdated and way too low and that's what i was going off of for a while. and now that im really reckoning with this situation i realize i do have a lot of weird and unhealthy ways of thinking about food. initially when i had some symptoms but didnt realise my period was gone people suggested i cut out gluten and sugar and that has also led to some weird restricting/bingeing cycles. ive never thought about food so much in my life and i cant remember what it was like to not think about it and dont know how ill achieve that again. let me know if you have any similar experiences or insight please! thank you so much.
32F had a D&C 3 months ago for incomplete miscarriage. Since then my periods have been incredibly light. This last period was a day of brown spotting and a day of red when I wipe, I could have gotten away with a light liner my heaviest day, and it could have lasted all day. I am concerned about Asherman's syndrome aka uterine scarring but my OBGYN dismissed that and said it'sincredibly rare and wouldn't check. Looking for a second opinion and suggestion on saline infused sonogram or HSG to check for adhesions. Also, can I generally schedule one right away with a new OB? I'm very concerned and don't feel heard by my current OB.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
