I've seen a number of prints that use Matisse's iconic cutout shapes being sold online (for example, this one on Postery) and am wondering if I would be able to use these shapes and his name in my art without facing copyright issues. I know that some of his other work is in the public domain but I couldn't find any information about the cutouts specifically, which were mostly made in the 1940s. Matisse died in 1954 if that is helpful.
