A list of puns related to "Google Contributor"
Hey guys, my friend was showing his uploaded photos and I realized I can't follow him there. Is there a way of finding a particular user/contributor on Google map?
To share, click the blue share button in the top left hand corner

when it opens click "Change to anyone with the link"

then leave it as viewer, and click done

I know, there are already lot of these kind of projects out there, but I also saw many developers and users rant about different topics in these projects.
So I decided building a new highly customizable community project where people can bring their own projects and ideas in.
The project is also planned to be Beginner level friendly, so new members can easily read and understand the code.
I would really love to get some feedback, ideas and perhaps find some contributors to join this early stage project.

EDIT: Strangely enough, Ron Paul's top 5 contributors are the US Department of Defense, US Army, US Navy, Google and Microsoft. Source: http://www.opensecrets.org/pres12/contriball.php
EDIT 2: The organizations themselves did not donate, rather the money came from the organizations' PACs, their individual members or employees or owners, and those individuals' immediate families. Organization totals include subsidiaries and affiliates. http://i.imgur.com/UZY6m.jpg

Hey everyone. I'm planning on recreating a playable version of Gloomhaven in Google Sheets. Looking for some opinions and help.
My goal is so that it can be played from any browser, and would be possible to just come and do your turn on and hop out as your time permits. Even though game would take longer, with my work schedule it'd be perfect to play one turn every hour then wait for my friends to take a turn. This is why I chose Sheets instead of Unity or similar. I know other methods would look better and be easier, but it wouldn't really be usable at work for me. Plus I think getting a fully working board game in a spreadsheet is cool. I really just plan on doing this for my own fun and programming practice.
It would start off with you having to know the rules (like it wouldn't restrict you to a movement of 3), but eventually all of these extra steps would be checked and carried out by scripts in the sheet. It would also be possible to enter data from an existing hard copy and continue your campaign in the sheet. And eventually be playable on mobile using the Google Sheets app. You would not have to modify any spreadsheet cells directly, selecting of cards and actions would all be done with buttons and prompts that run macros.
Would anybody find this at all intriguing? Can anyone see themselves trying it? Or am I wasting my time? I'd like some feedback.
I've really only just started. I've been working on basic layout and lists of the data I need. Then I can begin the real work, but it's hard without any data.
A link to view the spreadsheet is here:

Note: it is really rough to start with as I'm just trying to figure out the layout and what needs displayed, but would get cleaned up as things get implemented. But it'll never be pretty.
Help Needed
If I'm to make this work, I'd need some help. The things I need help with are mostly the recording of all of the card data into sheets and finding/creating HTML links to images to make it prettier. Since there are thousands of cards, I would give up long before finishing if I'm doing it alone. The images are optional, but it'll be much more fun to look at picture of monsters and the game's icons rather than just reading "Bandit Guard" and "Fire Element"
I would need help with:

I LOVE the contributor section of GM. I like that on average, everyone in the city has seen one or two of my photos. Does anyone else love this? I'm wondering what your tips are for getting your photo to the top photo ribbon slots. I'll share my tips as well. Look for what hasn't been photographed. In my experience, Google is looking for 3 things:
If any one of these 3 are missing or lower quality than your photos, focus on that.
Additionally, Google seems to have preferences for a few characteristics:
Our short bio: We are CNET editors Leslie Katz and Kelsey Adams and lead writer Eric Mack. Starting in November we asked the world to help us write a far-out story of parallel universes, genetic engineering and conspiracies that span the multiverse. The world responded and a remarkable collaboration that crossed cultural, language and geographic barriers took place.
Eric, Leslie, and Kelsey will all be here to answer your questions about the unusual process and the story it created, so ask away!

I am using DuckDuckGo ad blockers so that I don't pay Google. Now my local newspaper is forcing me to pay Google Contributor so that I can use ad blockers. Can you create a DuckDuckGo contributor as an alternative?
