Hi everyone I was hoping somebody with knowledge of galerina graminea could help ease my neurotic anxious mind a bit.

I've been collecting liberty caps each year for about 10 years now and am always very confident with ID but this year I went out with the wife and we found a new field. In this field we saw quite a few galerina graminea or turf bells which didn't grow in our other fields, we didn't think much of it at the time as they were clearly different and clearly not liberty caps just interesting. There were lots of libs and we picked a decent amount including young ones that hadn't opened up. They all got dried and put in about 15 500mg caps and added to a jar of another 15 I had got last week.

The problem comes the next day when I'm looking at pictures of various shrooms and saw a pic of some galerina graminea with a baby one in it and I thought huh I guess maybe someone could confuse that with a baby lib. Then I remembered that my wife told me she picked a couple lib babies that had unusually thick stems but she threw them away as there was a lot to pick from. I have pretty extreme anxiety so I went down a rabbit hole and my brain just spiralled and catastrophised from there to the point that I decided I would just throw away all 30 caps.

I know that the galerina family has some of the most toxic and deadly mushrooms in the UK but can't find any real information about the graminea other than one page that said some foraging guides describe it as inedible or suspect. No Information at all about its toxicity. I'd have thought if it was a deadly one there'd be some info on it.

I really don't think we got any of them and I looked them all over quickly, but I guess it's not completely impossible that one baby galerina graminea got put in the dehydrator. So I suppose my question would be does anyone think they could be confused in the flesh? ( I've only seen the baby ones in pictures) and if one did get mixed up in there and eaten is it going to be a slight stomach ache or hospital?

I don't want to throw all these away at the end of the season but will if I have to. Sorry about the long rambling post and thanks alot if you read it and can give advice.
