A list of puns related to "Foodtown"
Weβve got Whole Foods confirmed at Secor Square, a new liquor store opening by QQ, and Krispy Kreme is popping up next to Uncle Johnβs. But does anyone know whatβs moving into the old Foodtown space next to Home Depot?

Was able to score all of the new flavors at Foodtown in Rocky Point, NY.
Peanut Butter cup is amazing.
That is all.
Just played Foodtown Throwdown last night with some friends and it was a blast. I'm regretting not picking up the expansion during the Kickstarter campaign, but if anyone is looking for a fun and funny card game that's easy to learn definitely give it a look.
My wife loves Snakebites/Half & Halfs (cider and Guinness) and that seemed like a great price.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Hey LSA, hope some acceptance waves are incoming for y'all. This sub basically carried me through my own admission cycle, so I'm happy to try to answer any questions you might have about admissions, law school, careers, or anything.
I am wrapping up my last semester at CLS. I'll try to be pretty open. I'm a first-gen, public interest student headed into my dream job in public international law after graduation. I went to a very low rank public school for undergrad. During law school, I did moot court, journal, clinic, worked for a judge, published a lot, and did a ton of criminal defense and human rights work. I ended up with really solid grades. I'm currently interviewing for clerkship for a couple years down the line and have plans to shift to academia.
Overall, I loved my time in law school but there are real issues with CLS too. Some top-level thoughts:
Happy to answer anything and everything.
Do your worst!
Preferably within walking distance. I was going to Trader Joeβs for a while but itβs too cold to walk now and the subway price makes going there not worth it because I only need a few things
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
I have a job near this area and was thinking about moving there. What do you guys know about BF? Is it safe for a 23 year old male?
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
