i had just beaten gamma’s story again. i uhhh, skipped all of the cutscenes except for the last one and watched that one muted. (phobia of robot voices be like)
the ending was sweet, but had me confused. was the flicky seemingly brainwashed as gamma, and finally resurfaced after seeing their family? or were they two separate entities inhabiting one body, where the flicky’s consciousness was just… put aside until the end?
I was thinking about the relationship between the genesis games and Mania recently, and I only just realized this weird omission. I feel like the Mania team pay enough attention to details that they MUST have known about the birds of S3&K, and yet they weren't included. Does anybody know why? As far as I can tell they have never commented on it
