I downloaded the app and live in CA just like Bill. The app is absolutely zealous about your location and you have to verify your identity in addition to that. It is not possible to place bets if you live in California.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to see everyone’s thought on this. I’ve been using DK Sportsbook for about 2 years and the Fantasy for about 3-4 years and it’s been fine. DK used to have really good promos, but lately they’ve been slacking on those so I’ve thought about switching to fanduel. However, I’ve noticed that fanduel has less leagues/cups to bet on. Do you guys have a preference over the other or is it all the same bs?
I have tried using a vpn and the betting apps detect it. Is there somehow another way to get away with it undetected?

Who has the quickest and most hassle free withdrawals DraftKings or FanDuel?
One of my friends cashed out and had them send a check. He attempted to cash it and it bounced...the bank said it was flagged because they had -$50k in the account.
Chat told him they could "refund the money back to his account." But, unsupportive about actually getting money to him..repeating that same "solution" when asked about actual money..
Has anyone else had any issues or is this a fluke?

After months of being on the fence, finally decided to take the plunge on Fanduel after seeing all these "bet up to $1000 risk-free" advertisements plastered over the internet. Subsequently made a $1,000 bet, lost it and now Fanduel is telling me they 'pulled the offer' during Black Friday, DESPITE their website and hyperlinks saying otherwise.
Here's a rough timeline of the last 48 hours with this P.O.S. company:
11/26/21
- Create account after seeing $1000 risk-free promotion on Fanduel website
- "Notification center" to top right advertises the "$1000 risk-free bonus" with a hyperlink where I can add funds to my account
- To make sure I'm not missing something, start a chat conversation with a live Fanduel agent, who confirms 1. If I lose my first $1,000 wager, I'll receive $1,000 in site credit within 72 hours, 2. I do NOT need to register for the promotion, and 3. Promotion applies to my first "real money" wager, so wagers with bonus credits won't invalidate the promotion
- Agent also sends me a link to the terms of the promotion (https://account.nj.sportsbook.fanduel.com/promotions/risk-free-bet-may-9), which state as follows:

I bet on the Ducks vs. Rangers game first period tonight.
I took the ducks first period moneyline +180.
The first period ended in a tie.
There was no option to bet for a tie. Simply ducks or rangers.
Furthermore, in moneyline bets that result in a tie, the wager is refunded correct? Fanduel did not refund my bet and graded it as a loss. Is anyone aware of fanduel moneyline bets grading ties as losses??
Anybody else having issues logging into fanduel right now?
I’m 21 , last time I tried to sign up for fanduel there apparently “wasnt enough information on the public record” for my account to be verified/authenticated.
If I try to sign on, and fail authentication again, I will never be able to use fanduel. What can I do to have the best chance of logging onto fanduel?
I am very new to this and was messing around and I put 3 bets into a parlay that had -2000 odds and then one with +10000 odds and did round robin and it said like by 2's x6 wager and I put a dollar in and it was something insane like 200 dollars return. I am pretty sure that I don't understand how this works because it doesn't make sense to win that much when only 2 of the 4 have to hit. So can someone explain.
After hitting a 13 team parlay last night, I went to cash out some winnings only to find I was locked out of my account. It said I self excluded my account. After talking to support they said that due to state regulations they excluded my account and I would either receive an email about it in 72 hours or it would be reinstated with no notice. After two years of ups and downs with no problem they exclude my account late at night right after a major win. This is beyond shady and now I’m sitting here with no access to my funds or ability to bet on MNF. I can’t find any info on what state regulation this is or anyone else going thru this. Has anyone here ever heard of this?
I bought a new Mac and I keep getting an error to download the plugin even though it is already installed. I remember there was something that had to be done in the wifi settings to make it work, but not sure what it was. Can anyone help me out?
So I’m fairly new to FanDuel I’ve only been playing for maybe 2 months, but I can’t figure out the NBA I always come up short every time my main thing is how do pick when it’s so many games ? Do you pick more from early games that’s at 7pm or late games that’s at 10pm ? Or is it just luck ?
