A list of puns related to "External Sphincter Muscle Of Male Urethra"
I was wondering since the bladder neck sphincter and the internal sphincter of the bladder are under sympathetic autonomic control and contract during the collection of urine before the need to pee, does the external sphincter remain consciously contracted?
Or even better, does the external sphincter remain contracted consciously until we decided to release our urine, or does it only consciously contract when the urine reflex (bladder contraction etc) is initiated? Thanks!
Always hear of the rest of the levator ani, but never the UES. Not sure if theres a reason why its bad idea.
Do you have this too?? For me, this is the one that makes mine very tight and if i will be able to soften it, i think i would be able to do piv bc my hole right now is so small bc of that hard muscle since it's located kinda below of my vagina. I keep on stretching this and the other edges for days but it still feels like a bone. Will this get softer overtime with continued dilation, stretching, and relaxation? Or it will just be moved on the upper area which gives more space for a bigger hole? Im curious and i just wanna understand how it works, how it would look like, and what will happen when that tightness is overcome π
Male, 30, white, 6'0, 160 lbs, very physically active, no drugs, no alcohol, mostly healthy food, water like 99% of the time
A few days after surgery in January 2018, I got constipated from the hydrocodone and tylenol. Used a few cheap laxatives like magnesium citrate, mineral oil, and a stool softener, and lots of water. First time it felt like minor diarrhea.
Then a few days later I tried the hydrocodone again. Way more constipated. Tried some more laxatives. I had severe diarrhea and had to pee and go diarrhea literally every few minutes for the next 15 hours. 15 long hours, and I felt constantly dehydrated so I couldn't just stop drinking water. And it felt like draino burned through my entire piping from my stomach to my butthole, everything in between felt burned. I thought I was going to die.
My dentist recommended I keep sipping pepto bismol and drink lots of water and wait it out.
Eventually it stopped, but my bladder and stuff never felt the same. Like if I sat, I could keep peeing little spurts of pee for like an hour if I just kept sitting there.
Then here and there, I'd just have to keep going all the time. And these random sharp pains I used to have a few times a year, the kind you just ignore cuz they happen for a split second then never happen again, got more frequent, like a few times a day. Then it would stop.
Here I am months later, and I've still got the same problems. I've been eating light, almost 100% vegan diet, rarely drink caffeine, but if I do it's watered down black coffee at work.
I feel like there's a mass of something in my intestines or bladder or somewhere. I don't feel like any stones are moving around, but sometimes it feels like it's on the verge of happening but doesn't. I can still sit and pee forever here and there. And now my overractive bladder is back. Everything I drink just wants to come out of me again.
I haven't been to a doctor at all since my dental surgery. I've been too afraid to hear any bad news and just hoped it would heal on its own.
I'm 30, live in California. What should I do? What tests will they need to do? Am I going to die? Do I have cancer, stones?
I'm going to see a doctor soon, but I'm hoping to get some reassurance. Or if it sounds bad... I'd rather read it here first and then try to prepare myself for the real news once I go and sit in the doctor's office...
Wouldnβt it by definition reduce the volume? This is from respiratory system
Is there an antagonist muscle for sphincter? Weird question, I know. But I can't find any information on Google.
Thanks & merry christmas!
I have already talked the divine protein FYI and am feeling more like myself each day, up 8kg in the past 10 weeks.
This came out of a night at a friend's house last week. We are university friends, so last time we all met before everybody goes back home for christmas break. Some drinking games happened, people were much more prone to oversharing.
One guy got dared to show the last instagram account he had subscribed to only because of horny (we know he has that habit), and it was the profile of this very fit girl, like, properly built, especially in the legs. She was clearly a very attractive person in her own right, but it was also clear that my friend found her even more attractive because of her muscles, not despite of them. And what surprised me was that when I asked to the other guys present, they seemed to agree that her physique was very attractive the way it was. (apart from one actually, so 5 out of 6)Now this was kind of out of the blue for me, I never got this vibe from people I knew... But I never asked this specific question around I guess? And now I'm curious. I'd like to hear more opinions on the matter, just to understand if this is a coincidence or actually valid in general?
EDIT: thks for all the replies. After reading the opinions in these first 37 replies it does seem like I had underestimated how widely some clearly noticeable muscles on women are considered attractive (if I have to lump everything together it's about 17 favourable opinions vs 8 negative ones!).
My friends overall seem to just be a group with niche taste however. Reading the comments here has made me think that maybe it has something to do with the fact that they are all very athletic and/or into lifitng?
Also no, I'm obviously not talking about looking like a bodybuilder
Hello everyone! I have a question concerning a burning sensation and feeling of constantly having to go to the washroom to urinate. It's very odd because it happens once a week for the past 4 weeks. Actually last night it was the first time it happened in the last 2 weeks. This is basically how it happens: I go to bed and slightly after falling asleep, I am awoken by the need to urinate and a slight uncomfortable/burning sensation at the tip of my urethra. It's a feeling that I can't hold my urine. Then after this occurs I feel as if I have to urinate every 10 minutes (maybe it's just the anxiety causing this)
This basically happened like max 3 times in the last month. I will mention the first time it happened there was more of a burning sensation even while I was urinating but then the subsequent times it happened, it's as if there was no pain while urinating, just that initial burning tip that gets me awake.
What can this be? Can it be stress? Any other explanation?
Thanks and any response is much appreciated!
ive had muscle spasms in that area for years now followed by decreased range of motion of the muscle that controls urinating/ejaculating itself and reduced feeling in and around the penis/anus.. and cannot figure out how to reverse it and its destroying my life for years. its seemingly impossible to relax properly. im guessing maybe its because of a posture /back issue
It was just a small rubbery feeling nodule on the back of my neck near my spine, probably the most tense area of my body so i assumed it was just a knot from tension. Anyway after a few months of it lingering, I tried to do like a deep massage on the area. I absolutely felt some small pops while pressing on the area so Iβm like yes, it must just be a bad knot. Im on day two after that and it is still very swollen since after the massage. All the muscles around it feel tense, the small nodule is now more spread out and firmer, while my skin is left irritated to the touch. Sos, what next? π
Has anyone had this issue and fixed it? How do I get it to stopped clenching or tightening up?
As title says
Hi guys, new to the group but wanted to share my expereince.
To give you the TLDR version: I had struggled with weight loss on and off again from ages 14-19 primarily due to a mentality and willpower problem above all else. After having a rough start to 2021 I decided I was going to actually pursue my dream body while I'm young rather than "wait until I have the time".
The result is that from between late May-September 2021 I managed to lose 15kg of body weight. This was mostly done through a mindset change and the counting/tracking of calories.
I decided to make a video to provide insight on my journey which I will link here:
I'm far from finished but thought I would share incase anyone wants some motivation or a new perspective to look at things from to help you get it together!
Wishing anyone who sees this a blessed day and sending some good vibes your way to help you through your journey.
Cheers :)
I've been curious about this. How do they move the urethra to a different spot on the body, and how do they rearrange the interior working for this? If anybody knows, please tell me.
