A list of puns related to "Disco 2000"
Hi!!! This is my first rep purchase, so bear with me. I found Repadies a few months ago and I do want to say that I love this community and its positivity. It has changed the way I look at designer items. Youβve all really made me appreciate designer fashion but also, not forget that they are completely overpriced and not worth it most of the time at my current salary LOL. I did go a little bit crazy, and I bought a lot of stuff, and Iβm long-winded. So I will be doing two reviews. This one is going to be for my bags. My second one will be of some of the accessories, so be on the lookout. I am going to do my best to quality check, and CCW on the bags is welcome. I tend to be a bit critical of bags, and Iβm constantly trying to remind myself that these are fake and not going to be perfect!!! But also that no one will know and if they do and they probably wonβt say anything. So please hype up my bags, lol.
Disclosure: I was given no discount for this review. I did receive that standard 10% discount for mentioning Repladies

TS Aadi was super nice! Shipping was so fast, and she was really patient when I needed to change bags and even exchanged something for me when I asked after she sent a PSP. However, I am docking off a point because of an issue I had with my saddle bag. As you will see below, the painting on the hardware is messed up. I asked Aadi to send me pictures o
... keep reading on reddit β‘I have a very vague memory of a music video with a song sung by a woman and the music video is her and a cat going to a party/disco/club to go dancing. The way I remember it is the video looking a bit like a 2D video game but that could be me filling in the blanks. The cat did not a act like a pet. It's likely that the woman is black.
I don't remember the song at all. I saw the music video multiple times in the early 2000s but I don't think I have ever seen it after the 2000s ended.
I remember that you started in some kind of a dungeon, there was a lot of talking and no fighting at all, maybe your character was dead so it was like in afterlife, when you get out of dungeon I think there were some kids playing on playground or maybe on swings, so it was like 90% talking and 10% walking, I'm sorry I don't remember more
It's been driving me crazy for the whole weekend...
I'm looking for a well known disco/pop/electro/house/nu-disco song from the 90s or early 2000s. At first, I thought it was Music Sounds Better With You, but no. Then, I thought it was Lady (Hear Me Tonight), but no. It's quite similar to those songs, though. Same era, same type of music, same groove, same energy, etc. There's a male voice singing lyrics, the voice is also quite similar to the voice from Music Sounds Better With You.
In a live session from Radiohead, Thom Yorke plays some of the notes from that song on a keyboard. Here's the clip (the notes can be heard from 37:12 to 37:21): https://youtu.be/hI5YMDioDBY?t=2232
The song I'm looking for uses those same inverted-like keyboard sounds... That's all I have, unfortunately...
So I guess by βnewβ i mean less than 5 yrs old.....?
I'm going SPARE.
I love Shay Byrne though.
Not necessarily in style but in terms of melodies especially in the chorus. Perhaps they follow a similiar chord progression or key? As soon as I heard the vocal melody and accompaniment in the chorus it reminded me of Disco 2000. Again, Iβm talking more about melodies and progressions here rather than genre.
It started up, my wife drove it down the road, and it lost power over about a 2 second moment, (so it didnt cut out, it died of loss of power and stalled), and now when I try to start it, it kicks like it is about to start, but then will not start. Then it you try the same straight away, it will not kick at all.
If you leave it a few minutes, it does that initial 'almost start' like all cylinders fire, but then just turns over as if there is no fuel etc. When you get that initial kick, you get a small few puffs of black smoke out the exhaust, but not much.
Immobiliser is fine, light goes on and off as usual and engine turns perfectly well. Battery has loads of power and i even drove it on to the side of the road using the battery. The CPU thing doesnt have any oil on the plug, in fact it is clean and dry. It was in the garage yesterday because of a misfire, and we planned to take it back next week for him to test all of the injectors. It had all filters replaced two weeks ago, and i also sprayed switch cleaner on the crank sensor plug... i think that is what it is, it looked oily at the top of the bellhousing and i was googling regular issues.
Any ideas are super welcome, it is stuck in a field next to my house and if i can get it running, it will save a journey for the tow truck tomorrow. :-)
Thank you everyone. :-D
Can anybody share their experience with the long block Atlantic British remanufactured engines? Thinking about getting one.
I had a flashback the other day of a song that we were forced to dance to in elementary school every week, but I cannot find this song. The song was about a Disco Shark with a woman's voice that sounded like a knockoff of the woman who sang the Electric Slide.
Some lyrics I remember are
"Watch out here comes the disco shark, you better watch out..."
"Having lots of fun....then the disco shark will come and take you away"
This song is in no way associated with Baby Shark. I cannot find anything that is not baby shark related when I search for this song.
Last week my wife and I picked up a 2000 Discovery 2. After getting it I read forums and read how important it is to keep fluids changed. Day one I change the oil and the differential. Drove it for a day purs like a kitten day three got new tires she goes straight down the road drives nice still puring like a kitten. Day four change tranny oil I feel like tranny oil was maybe somehow overfilled when I drained it I feel like more came out than I was able to put back in and tranny fluid was coming out of the fill hole when I cracked it first. Going to check it in a day or so and make sure it's topped off. Today I changed the serpentine belt because it was old and cracked and then wile Iwas at it i checked the oil and there was no oil to register on the dipstick I was like I will let it sit for a bit, cause I just got done driving it and check it again let it sit for an hour came back and still no oil on the dipstick when I start up the car and pull the dipstick there's oil on it when I check it after sitting there is no oil on it it's a mystery to me now I feel I have added too much oil and I'm going to let it sit to check it in the morning, I hope I did not drive it to much with too little or to much oil, is there a trick to checking oil, if I have too much oil in it and have to drain it I just put. The nice mobile one in it and that alone I feel is a pricey mistake ...sorry for the vent!
This is going to be very vague as itβs a game I played when I was something like 5 years old.
Year: this game released not later than the early 2000s, thatβs when I played it.
Genre: Iβm 90% confident it was a 2D side-scrolling platformer.
Software house: no clue. I am Italian so it might be European, but I played a fair share of Japanese and American games as well.
Various details: thereβs one single thing I vividly remember: a boss battle against two big monsters in what looked like a cemetery, with a disco ball and some disco/electronic music playing.
I think the protagonistβs name was something like Puk or Puck? Iβm not sure but I remember this name. It doesnβt look to be the name of the videogame, as I googled it with no success.
Hey everyone,
Before the world shut down my band used to play covers/originals at pubs in a kind of acoustic/slightly folk style. We play a bunch of classics from the 90s and one of those was Disco 2000. We added it to the set at the end of 2019 and used to drop it toward the end of the night. It always went down well, usually got people dancing and singing, and was always a joy to perform. One of those songs that speaks to people across generations and resounds with pretty well an entire audience. So I thought I'd share this video from our last gig with you guys, figured you might appreciate it. Hope you guys like it, thought it might be interesting to see how Pulp go down (or went down) in pubs in 2020.
