A list of puns related to "Deemo"
Someone said it's about the Hz of the monitor but I'm not believing it that much, I mean yeah you can improve that but if people are able to do this on arcade which has a 75hz screen and on a Switch I think you should be able to do on a 60hz as well. But still, it does this blurry thing, it's very peculiar and I'm at the point where I want to get into Oni levels but I keep screwing the patterns up and the scroll speed gets, like, blurry and that doesn't help (that's called Muzukashii hell am I right?). I'd be glad if you could help me with that)
figured i should post this here (plus, i don't exactly use reddit)?
I translated the first 2 chapters of the deemo -prelude- manga if anyone wants to read them.
below are not links to the chapters but a string of characters that need to be be decoded via base64decode to reveal their links :

also i translate from Chinese so my translations may not be 100% accurate if compared to the JP raws.
Disclaimer: 3rd time trying to post this thing (original was 2+ months ago).
So I've been playing this game for years and really enjoyed the music while playing; so I started researching on how to get the music from the game onto a usb stick so I can listen in the car or on the go if I didn't want to play the game at that time.
I ran into these posts here that had the collection but wasn't updated (and mp3, ~160-220kbps compression).
I researched further into hex editors (very comfortable with hex, octal, binary, and obviously decimal) and while what they entail are correct to simply add the MP3 extension, it was still technically inside another container with the meta and it looked like it was adding additional compression. No problem, I cracked open the containers and dove into the assets bin to double check pathing, and sure enough, the audio files themselves are actually in WAV format (almost lossless due to game footprint packaging).
So after tinkering and extracting, and using an ID3 editor, I present to the community a lossless version of the Deemo OST running the latest version.

Each song has the proper song title, artist, and of course embedded in the ID3 tags is the background associated with the song, but also on the side as a high res PNG inside of each book label 'Artwork'.
A huge shoutout to Deemo Wikia for the references. If somebody here runs the pages for it, I have the images for the newest packs. Love the game, I'll continue to play it and purchase the new stuff in the future, but I figured it was time for an update from the last version of this thread in high definition.
As a side note, I think I've spent $120 on this game buying all the book packs lol.
EDIT: I forgot to upload an example: IMGUR
Comes with a M3U playlist.
EDIT #2: The whole thing is 10GB.

This is the BGM folder update, which includes the following: Title screen, Purchase, 'Scroll' (Selecting the song to play), Start (Starting the song), Results (When you finish the song), Alice Good Nigh

Don't know if this was ever caught by anyone else, but this wall message always creeped me out when I saw it. I couldn't figure it out while playing the game through. I finally noticed it after what feels like months.
Looking back I'm stunned I didn't notice it sooner.

I've been looking for something arcadey on switch for handheld mode and as a fan of rhythm games I was wondering which of the three would be recommended first out of the three. Most of my experience with rhythm games comes from DDR, Osu, and Project Diva, if that helps.
So as the title says whatβs the difference between say the pc and mobile versions?
More specifically, is it a remake of the original DEEMO?
I'm playing on an android device, and every time I turn off internet access the game immediately drops to 3 fps and remain unplayable until I connect to the internet again. I'm pretty confident this wasn't the case a while ago. When did this change get added?
Hello,
Played Deemo -Reborn- on PS4 a couple years ago, loved the game even though the VR controls were a bit wonky.
Want to get back into the original Deemo now that II is coming out, but kind of out of the loop. Hoping people with experience could help answer some questions.
Are there songs, collectables, etc. from past limited time events or collaborations that are unobtainable now? Or is everything able to be earned in-game / purchased through DLC?
(Excluding platform exclusive songs of course.)
Has the sound quality on Android been improved from release?
Should I opt for the Switch version instead? I understand the updates lag behind the Android version and I'm not 100% sure it's fully up to date. I also have a slight preference towards my phone.
Thank you in advance for the help!
I was just wondering if Deemo and Cytus alpha on the Switch are worth their money. Are they very different from the original phone games? Which one has better controls or are they the same? Also, does anyone know which one of them has more songs? Thanks in advance!
Edit: I grabbed both bundles.
More specifically, is it a remaster of the original DEEMO for mobile?
