A list of puns related to "Current Directions In Psychological Science"
(For those that have graduated and are working in the field...)
How does the current job market look? Is your company hiring more BS or MS grads? Do you agree with your current pay scale? What are your hours/workload like? Are most opening positions in sales, R&D, management, etc? Of course the big names like Coca Cola, PepsiCo, General Mills, Nestle, McDonalds, Kroger, etc. should be considered. But are there any other big up and coming companies we should pay attention to? Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of working with regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, EPA)?
Most of my focus is on food safety and food microbiology work (also food law/food policy), so that's my real interest with this post, but responses to all areas of the industry would be useful overall.
Hey guys!
I'm not sure if this is the correct sub to post this pero desperate measures na talaga and I really need help.
I'm looking for a book:
Psychological Testing in the Philippines: Practice, Directions, and Perspectives
2013
Dr. Natividad J. Munarriz, Dr. Vicentita M. Cervera
Unfortunately out of stock sya sa mga National Bookstore branches near me. I've also reached out sa Publisher and they have yet to get back to me kaso I'm not keeping my hopes up.
Sorry if this post is not allowed here sa sub. I'll be happy to take this down if needed.
Thank you!

I really don't like the new ttk and energy meta, but I still have the urge to play every day for hours, does anyone know the psychological reason behind it?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience, and presently work in a call center of sorts doing account management and client relationship management.
I do well at my job, and was given the green light to shadow some Business Analytics/ Business Intelligence a few hours a week.
I had a 3.6 cumulative undergrad GPA, and the idea of returning to school is somewhat alluring. However, the end-goal is to make more money (currently at 30k a year) and potentially pivot into a more lucrative position, such as data science.
Would the quantitative psychology degree allow me to enter this field?
As a fourth option, I'm considering re-taking the GRE for a higher score to get into Georgia Tech's Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction.
I'm open to any other potential pivots from my current position, and am open to other Master's Degree programs.
