A list of puns related to "Clive Swift"
Part three. A veil lifted.
Today's hangover was not as bad as the last. Perhaps no wake up call allowed me to sleep it off more efficiently. Maybe I just had the sense to eat more this time. Either way, I decided to just take our free day to lounge a bit. About an hour or so after I woke up, Grant came strolling in and flopped down on the couch. He didn't say much, just gave a quick nod of acknowledgement and settled into watching the cheesy action movie I had playing on the tv. We sat there for a while in silence. When the credits started to roll on the movie, Grant spoke up.
"Reckon we should talk to the others?"
I had completely forgotten about the coincidence from the previous night. I suddenly felt my neck tense up. Something wasn't right about all of this. I think I had felt that from the start, but Grant knew something was off. I could hear it in his voice.
"Yeah," I replied.
We headed out of the room and decided to go to each door together. Of course, we had no idea which room was which, nor which rooms were now vacant, so we just went door to door like we were selling bibles. Grant enjoyed that metaphor, so he started asking every occupant who answered the door if we could come in for a moment and talk about Christ. It added a bit of fun to an otherwise awkward subject matter.
Most rooms were currently empty, and we didn't come across the guys from the previous night. We just presumed they had headed out for the day. Five rooms were occupied, though, and each of their residents were indeed ex cons. We didn't feel the need to grill anyone else, regardless of when or if they showed back up. I couldn't argue with the math at this point. Grant remarked:
"Not only is it only cons that were 'randomly' drawn for this, but all blokes too."
Another point I hadn't even thought of until now.
"It's a bloody purge," he said, matter of factly.
We got back to my room and picked up the phone to call the front desk. Nobody answered. It just rang. There wasn't even any voicemail or answering machine. So, we headed down to the lobby on foot. They likely wouldn't have any answers for us, but surely they could maybe contact those who may. We were not surprised to find the lobby deserted.

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Fafnir, Revenant, and Orochi are still holding strong at the top places, these bots compose top playersβ hangars (normally top players run 2 fafnirs, 2 revenants, and 1 Orochi, some replace the Orochi with one more revenant or Fafnir). Orochi still plays the runner role, opening the game and grabbing the center beacon as fast as possible, while revenant plays the tanky brawler role, stationing on beacons and holding them for an extended amount of time with its ability. Revenantβs ability plays a big role in its position at the top, and therefore Revenants with traditionalist or daredevil are considered weaker. Fafnir still holds the spot as an all-rounder, due to its speed, firepower, the damage from the built-in weapon (especially if it is charged well), and the ability to ignore shields with the Svyatogor Belov pilot. Shell is still used as a beacon runner/holder, with its ability to deal damage to multiple targets on a beacon, even tho it doesnβt have the speed as compared to others. Shellβs speed is normally compensated by its primary pilot: Linda Cano. Fenrir or rather B-Fenrir (Fenrir with the Bernadette Wolff pilot) makes a very powerful beacon holder and a tank, even tho is slow, its high durability and resistance helps it to keep brawling on a beacon for a good amount of time, but its lack of mobility makes the Revenant the preferred choice. Hawk is role-specific in the current META and is best played to hunt down enemy Titans. Its built-in laser has 100% accuracy and if paired with shield breaker and damage increase drones it can be used to effectively hunt Fafnirs. Erebusβ main streng

Fafnir, Orochi, and revenant managed to take the podium, with the Shell still holding 4th place. Most top clans currently run 2 Fafnirs, 2 Revenants, and 1 Orochi. The Orochi plays the runner role to grab beacons, mainly the center beacon at the beginning of the match. Fafnir is used in combination with the Revenant, as Revenants can tank enemy damage on a beacon while a Fafnir provides support and high damage output (especially if is charged). Hawk will remain role-specific and therefore many top players prefer running Fafnir over it. Similar to the Hawk, the Fenrir was replaced by Revenant as it offers more versatility than it, mainly due to the slow speed of Fenrir. The Erebus managed to climb the ranks due to sheer firepower, even tho Fafnir pilot is its hard-counter, Erebusβ popularity is mainly due to the strength of Hel as they offer very high damage in close and mid/long-range. Demeter is still hanging in the top 10, and still works as support, countered by Fafnir pilot but is a great bot for late game, to escort titans.
Murometz is currently holding first place, due to its high firepower and defensive ability with a built-in rocket launcher. Sharanga still holds the 2nd spot, due to its immense firepower, but moved from Grom to Vengeance and Cataclysms. Minos holds the 3rd position, mainly due to Cyclones being perfect to counter Fafnirs. Nodens fell from 1st place to 4th place as it is still the only support titan
