All in all excellent. I can understand why there were mixed reviews, but, as is often the case, I think they stemmed from expectations rather than experience.

I recently reread City of Ember and it actually holds up despite being middle grade. I would love something that’s got that speculative fiction type setting (scifi or fantasy) with similar intrigue to City of Ember, but geared toward adults.
Any suggestions?
I'm aware there are mods for this, but it just feels weird that Ember can set herself on fire as one of her abilities, yet doesn't innately have Flame Repellent the same way Rhino innately has Heavy Impact. I don't know if it would mess up the meta /that/ much, and while there are frames where this wouldn't be the best idea, I'm only talking about these three because they're the original fire/ice/electric users and it just feels like it would fit with their theming. If there is possibly a lore reason, I might be interested in that as well.
Ash: Shuriken is now an orbital strike. Increased projectile size by a factor of 10.
Atlas: Petrify is now an orbital strike. Base range increased. Added chance to petrify yourself. Chance is increased by being in the targeting zone.
Banshee: Sonic Boom is now an orbital strike. Decreased damage from 50 to 35 at max rank because sound falls off with distance.
Baruuk: Lull is now an orbital strike. Base range doubled. To compensate, Lull now affects allies as well. Baruuk now embodies calmness and restraint by making everyone skip a combat turn occasionally.
Chroma: Spectral Scream is now an orbital strike. Chroma targets the beam by screaming at the general area.
Excalibur: Radial Javelin is now an orbital strike. Increased maximum javelin count by 1. Added fins to javelins for more realistic aerodynamics.
Frost: Freeze is now an orbital strike. Snow Globes can now be dispelled from the inside.
Garuda: Dread Mirror's Bloody Bowling Ball^TM is now an orbital strike. Increased splash radius.
Gauss: Increased jump height by 60000%. Mid-air Mach Rush is now an orbital strike. Now does collision damage.
Hildryn: Balefire is now an orbital strike. Increased base damage. Decreased crit chance from 5% to 4% to compensate.
Inaros: Sandstorm is now an orbital strike. Inaros can freely move and attack now. Plays an obnoxious version of Darude - Sandstorm now to compensate.
Ivara: Every arrow is now a beacon for an orbital strike. Noise arrow now does 2^31 damage to buff its usefulness.
Khora: Whipclaw is now an orbital strike. I just wanna see the logistics of that.
Limbo: Banish and Cataclysm are now orbital strikes. Decreased casting speed.
Loki: Decoy is now an orbital strike. Always the cunning trickster, nobody would suspect a stealth warframe where orbital strikes happen.
Mag: Not Mag.
Mesa: Peacemaker is now an orbital array of gatling guns.
Mirage: Prism is now the sun and we orbit around it.
Nekros: Nekros makes things come out of the ground, so his skills won't work as orbital strike. Except orbital Soul Punch.
Nezha: Blazing Chakram is now an orbital ring of fire. I went down, down, down, and the flames went higher. Tripled burn damage. The ring of fire.
Nova: Antimatter Drop is now an orbital strike. Added gravity so it doesn't just antimatter but it also drops.

His actions will result in an immediate ban from all Psyonix-operated tournaments for the remainder of 2019.
Ruling
Demon's actions in a Ranked Match on April 24, 2019 violated the Player's Code of Conduct found in Section 7 of the Official Rules: https://www.rocketleagueesports.com/rules/. Upon further inspection of his account, we have found that Demon repeatedly violated the Code of Conduct leading up to the April 24th event. As a result and effective immediately, Demon will (i) receive a 30-day account ban in Rocket League and (ii) will be banned from all Psyonix-operated tournaments for the duration of 2019.
Relevant rule: Section 7 states, "Any Player behaving inappropriately, or not competing in compliance with these Official Rules (including the Game Play Rules), as determined by the Tournament Organizers in their sole discretion, may be immediately disqualified from the Tournament and forfeit all potential prizes. Further, the Tournament Organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to ban disqualified Players from any future tournament or event organized by Tournament Organizers, if deemed necessary."
Additional applicable rule: Section 7 states, "Behavior that is considered to be inappropriate and in violation of the Code of Conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: Sexism, ageism, racism or any other form of prejudice or bigotry."
Closing
We take Rival Series and RLCS player conduct extremely seriously. This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be taken lightly. We reserve the right to impose any additional penalties at our sole discretion.
I'm going to be honest, I'm not completely sure how Heat damage should get changed without it just being a better/worse version of another damage type but something tells me that no amount of number tweaking is going to make Ember revelant with Heat damage in it's current state.
