Giving battle ropes a try. Anyone else incorporate these along with any suggested routines?
Do CrossFit boxes use battle ropes in WODs?
It could just be my box - but before I started CrossFit 6 months ago I had an image in my mind of what it was and battle ropes were definitely part of it
Iβve never touched them, my box doesnβt even have any set out anywhere and Iβve never seen anyone use them in six months

i guess iβm stuck in stark mountain? glitched after a double battle, canβt escape rope or teleport cause buck. i saved cause i thought it would fix it but now i canβt even reset to get out π am i missing something

Hey everyone! Iβve been doing F45 for almost a year now and Iβm loving it! But I find the battle ropes nearly impossible to handle!! I always give up after like 10 secs! Is there any tips on how to improve? TIA

Does this escape rope from primal clash counts as standard format, the text is a bit different from battle styles but it does the same thing
Each station felt like it would never end! Marathon 2 mins is a long time! Thank goodness I did the battle ropes first!

Small Town Roman style arena - Looking for feed back on what is need to make this really useful as a battle map. It is 2 levels. The red boxes are meant to be VIP seating behind a red rope.
