My partner and I are considering renting at Balliol Park (owned by Shiplake). So far, the online reviews seem positive. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this building? From the reviews, I’ve gathered that we will likely be paying water and hydro, as well as parking for one car. Does anyone happen to know what the parking rate is? Also, does anyone know if the heating is electrical? Just trying to get a picture of total monthly costs.

Greenrock’s 45 Balliol and Greenwin midtown properties

Hey Toronto, we are currently looking for an apartment around midtown and quite convinced that 45 Balliol might be a good fit for us. I’m just wondering if anybody here have any experience on the building or management?

Also, boyfriend wants to check out 88 Erskine and 200 Balliol as well. But so far, all I’ve heard about Greenwin are bad reviews especially about the management.

Would also appreciate recommendations around the area. Thanks!

There's a post from several years ago about this, but I'm just wondering if anyone has more recent experience living in any of these buildings (managed by Greenrock).

I'm looking for a 1bed, just wondering if people have found the management to be acceptable, issues with bed bugs or cockroaches or anything like that...

They also have a decent amount of amenities, like a pool/fitness centre; is it worth the price?

Really any experience at all would be helpful! Thanks!

All over the internet and history books they refer to this Council of Twelve that includes people like William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, Andrew de Moray.. but I can't find a full list of twelve anywhere.

The other four I have found are John Comyn (the red), Ingram de Umfraville, John de Soules and William de Lamberton so that leaves five more. I assume there are a couple of bishops in the mix, but simply can't find a full list.

Also the names I have given weren't even guardians from 1296, with some starting as late as 1301 so I'm not even sure if those seven were part of the original twelve that took over when Balliol went back to England with Edward I.
