A list of puns related to "Anakinra"
Got my Stills Disease diagnosis roughly late Oct. I was put on heavy prednisone to get it under control then 80mg orally after. We got the Anakinra shortly after and daily doses with Anakinra started. My numbers got better slowly as we lowered the dose of my steroids. Nov 22nd I finally got down to 20mg on prednisone and by that Wednesday I started taking large steps in the wrong direction.
I started to itch again Wednesday. By that Saturday I had a severely itchy rash on 50% of my body. I got blood work done Monday and my Stills inflammation markers did go up, but only slightly. The most notable were by liver enzyme markers (ALT, AST) were extremely high 600/250. My doctor booted me off the Anakinra and took me back to 80mg Prednisone. Tuesday my Stills markers stayed the same and ALT and AST increased to 1050/400. Wednesday I went in for blood work and a skin biopsy due to how bad the rash had gotten and the Stills numbers stayed close to the same again and my ALT/AST had increased to 1650/600. I go in for a liver biopsy today, but I'm very stressed out now and wondered if anyone has gone through something similar and had advice?
Part one: if youโre an expert in this and Iโm completely off, just please politely tell me and Iโll erase the post.
Part two: after reading this it seemed like there were similarities that may make a great teaching point in helping the group as to why/why not bucillamine and Revive are in a good position.
I was cross referencing a few studies and saw this one on โAnakinraโ. https://ccforum.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13054-020-03166-0

Anakinra is a rheumatoid arthritis drug and, like bucillamine, blocks inflammatory cytokines like IL-1.
However, a study was stopped by DSMB for lack of efficacy after 150 patients, I believe. The study was done for severe Covid patients, I believe.
Hi all,
I have been diagnosed with Behรงet years ago and kinda always managed with colchicine and cortisone. I had recent flares very close to one another and quitee painful. I had to start a new treatment, on recommendation of my reumatolog, called Kineret . I was wondering if anyone have tried before? If so did you see an improvement quickly? Did you had any side effects? Thanks for reading and I hope everyone is staying safe !

I'm not sure if the folks on here have these already but sometimes it's nice to have a quick link to the PDF of the patient assistance enrollment form given the drug is so freaking expensive.

Has anyone taken either of these drugs? I'm currently on my last two weeks of anakinra (it's not working), and the next drug my rheumy wants to try is Actemra. I only have a diagnosis of "lupus-like autoimmune disease," for some reason both rheumatologists I see don't want to label me even though I meet criteria... And they keep throwing drugs at me in the hopes that one will work. I've already tried Humira and Remicade. Thoughts?
Hello everyone, first time posting here. My rheumatologist is currently applying for funding to try me on Anakinra, I was wondering if anyone else here had tried it, used it.
I have no idea how long the process takes to get funding for a drug through the NHS, has anyone else had any experience of this?
I hope you are all having relatively pain free days. :)
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Alot of great jokes get posted here! However just because you have a joke, doesn't mean it's a dad joke.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT NSFW, THIS IS ABOUT LONG JOKES, BLONDE JOKES, SEXUAL JOKES, KNOCK KNOCK JOKES, POLITICAL JOKES, ETC BEING POSTED IN A DAD JOKE SUB
Try telling these sexual jokes that get posted here, to your kid and see how your spouse likes it.. if that goes well, Try telling one of your friends kid about your sex life being like Coca cola, first it was normal, than light and now zero , and see if the parents are OK with you telling their kid the "dad joke"
I'm not even referencing the NSFW, I'm saying Dad jokes are corny, and sometimes painful, not sexual
So check out r/jokes for all types of jokes
r/unclejokes for dirty jokes
r/3amjokes for real weird and alot of OC
r/cleandadjokes If your really sick of seeing not dad jokes in r/dadjokes
Punchline !
Edit: this is not a post about NSFW , This is about jokes, knock knock jokes, blonde jokes, political jokes etc being posted in a dad joke sub
Edit 2: don't touch the thermostat
Do your worst!
They were cooked in Greece.
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
Two muffins are in an oven, one muffin looks at the other and says "is it just me, or is it hot in here?"
Then the other muffin says "AHH, TALKING MUFFIN!!!"
Don't you know a good pun is its own reword?
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies ๐
It really does, I swear!
And now Iโm cannelloni
Because she wanted to see the task manager.
But thatโs comparing apples to oranges
