Key Responsibilities: The Sr. Systems Engineer as a member of the IT Services and Support group assists in the operations, maintenance, implementation, and enhancement of client environments.   • Support Tier 2&3 issue resolution

  • Provide on-site systems engineering and networking support to resolve issues

  • Lead the coordination of client procured technology projects

  • Support the deployment of new applications and customer environments for monitoring and operations

  • Report on tasks, issues, issue resolutions

  • Participates in on call support role

  • Supporting technicians at customer locations

  • Customer on-site PC, Server, and network maintenance

  • Intermediate networking understanding and troubleshooting capabilities

  • Supporting and monitoring existing internal & customer infrastructure Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • B.S. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience

  • Ability to multi-task under aggressive timelines

  • Must possess a strong analytical and technical background with troubleshooting and problemsolving skills and be able to resolve technical issues quickly, and generate trust from staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
