Hello everyone. This is kind of a long story, so I'll try to keep it brief.

In early 2017 I took my wedding dress to be altered at a local alterations place. They damaged my dress and were not willing to work with me to fix the issue, so I took it another location and they confirmed the dress was in bad shape. I ended up having to get another dress. My husband (fiancé at the time), my friend, and I all left negative reviews about the experience. My friend's was very harsh. After the reviews were posted, the owner began to text and call me to convince me to come in so he could make amends. After I agreed to meet with him, I took my review down and flagged my friends reviews and talked to my friend about them. My husband went with me to meet with the owner. The owner gave me many excuses and was not particularly friendly. He admitted that he was only concerned with his business and not my dress. My husband requested a full refund, and the owner agreed as long as we sign a note saying that we considered the matter closed. As we were leaving the owner asked if we'd take the reviews down. I explained that I already had, and had flagged my friend's reviews. My husband said he would not take his down.

The next day, the owner texted me saying that the police would be in touch and filed a police report against me for defamation and slander. I contacted a lawyer and documented everything that had happened with screenshots and such. The lawyer called the owner and informed him that any further contact from him would be considered harassment.

This week, over two years later, the owner sent a certified letter signed by a notary public saying that if all of the negative reviews are not taken down, he has the "prerogative" to take the issue to court for defamation. He demands a written response in 14 days. The envelope and body of the letter have my current address, which I just moved to a few months ago.

I am in the process of trying to contact my original lawyer, but what I really want to know is how worried should I actually be about any of this? I don't even have a review anywhere, just my husband. There are a lot of other negative reviews that have been written since 2017, at least one also mentions a police report being filed against them. He also has replied to many reviews and mentions things he has seen by looking through the reviewer's facebook. I wonder if he's targeting other people the way he is targeting me.

So, lot's of feedback from players on (supposed) Power Creep. Both here and in other forums. I thought I would run a quick AAR of lessons learned from the various comments.

First, I am not deeply entrenched in the viewpoint that there is power creep. What? Yeah, I know right? I could have easily have taken the other viewpoint and run with it as well. Sorry, that's a habit of us ENTG types. Mainly, my goal was to get the community talking, which apparently worked.

Whether people realize it or not, Wargaming does pay attention to all of this. every comment on every YouTube video or forum at some point is looked at. Especially hot button items. This is not different.

For the most part, the conversation here and on other forums was constructive. Most players were tempered and even keeled, representing their arguments in a well versed way that were highly convincing. So Kudos to the community.

Some key takeaways:

-Between the various forums, the community is pretty much split on both whether or not there is power creep, and whether or not premium ships are becoming more OP. The more vocal feel power creep is not an issue or doesn't exist.

-A fair amount feel that power creep is a natural progression of the game. Some of those players feel that it is fine, so long as previous lines are buffed accordingly. This brings up an interesting development with the Mogami, which is getting buffed back up to where it was. So we may already be seeing this.

-A fair amount also feel it is natural due to the fact that as new lines come out, they must differentiate themselves somehow against older lines.

-It has been noted that there have always been OP ships. Even I agree with this. Kutuzov when first released, and even Tipritz at first. However, most also feel that over time the Tirpitz has been more balanced than OP.

-Alabama is not better than NC. Again, subjective. Players argued both sides of that. Regardless... given the fact that the USN line now has the AL and MO at 8 and 9, and both are good money earners, it can be argued there is no longer a need to grind USN BBs if you can afford not to. This is partly due to the Montana (though fun) being inferior to both the Yamato and Kurfurst. Again, this is subjective and up to debate.

-Players seem to recognize that there have been more knee jerk reactions in greater abundance lately than in the past. This needs more investigation. Whether or not this is factual, is again up to debate.

This is my frank and unfiltered opinion on the 4 paths in the the Purist Mod.

FIRST - huge salute to the makes of this mod. Clearly A LOT of work went into it and I DO recommend it.

I expect many of you to have very different experiences than I present here, and I encourage your opinions.

It started off with MC & Just_Monica, but I immediately went off script with Just_Moniika. In the mod she is colder and dismissive than in cannon. But I can attribute that to her putting distance between us for her own sake, and to hide her vulnerabilities from me, the player, who knows all.

I said "I told you Monika, I will do everything to rescue my girls. I am back and I intend to keep this promise."

I don't think she realizes that she is also one of my girls...

Sayori Path - ★★★★★ (5 stars)

1st play-through - Sayori!

TL DR: I was completely immersed in every moment this entire path. 
I have nothing but praise for the Sayori path.

I needed to heal that scar on my soul from what the cannon game did to me.

What I did not expect was falling so deeply in love with Sayori. There were times when I was truly agonizing over choices... paralyzed and unable to move forward for fear my misstep would leave us fractured, and finally break my psyche in half. I'm so happy with every part of this route.

1) Go Monika!

I really liked when I decide to blow off the other girl who's coming over to prep for the festival to stay with Sayori, and I text Monika - and she right away is like 'totally understand, don't worry, I'll cover this, do what you need to do!"

It was fulfilling to remember that she was listening in and totally had our backs. Good contrast to her coldness and distance and

Hello all, just wanted to drop by and download some info as it's fresh. I'm currently waiting to graduate Jumpmaster School tomorrow morning (all requirements have been met). If there is anyone out there who has a unit who is pushing them to go to this course, or maybe you are just interested this post is for you. Just remember everything is constantly changing so what is relevant today might not be relevant in the next class...but some of the concepts will remain the same.

A little background just to give you some insight, this was my first attempt at this course and I arrived here with Pre Jump completely memorized in it's entirety as well as Nomenclature committed to knowledge. I had not downloaded the Jumpmaster app prior to arriving at the school and had not practiced any JMPI prior to arriving. Fast forward to the end, I passed JMPI on my 4th attempt (my test scores leading up to JMPI allowed Re-Entry). I should note that during the course I did end up downloading the Jumpmaster App and scored above 80% or above in Pre-Jump, Nomenclature and the Written Test in order to keep Re-Entry (instead of 3 attempts, you get 5 which I obviously needed to pass).

People refer to the Jumpmaster App quite a bit and it's great, whatever method you need to memorize the content is what I recommend. I memorized the 5 pages of Pre Jump (you have to recite the entire thing to an instructor) by simply looking at the paper and going a little bit at a time. Some recommended that I record myself and play it back over and over, that didn't work for me. All who showed up not knowing Pre Jump and attempting to memorize it upon getting here failed out and went home.

As for Nomenclature, I can't stress knowing this inside and out, not just skating by with enough knowledge to limp through the test. When you get to JMPI you will have to look at something (deficiency) and immediately be able to spit it out while you are already 3 steps further along in the inspection process. If you pause for even a second to think about what that item is (ex: Adjusting Strap not secured properly in Pouch Attachment Ladder System Webbing) you are done. Go home Jumpmaster.

The Written Test is challenging, in that the sheer amount of information to study is ridiculous and the instructors didn't exactly do the "foot stomp" to let us know what we needed to focus on. I used the JM App flashcards to study for this and what I had highl

Recently in Remote Control, Scott Beatty wrote a story with Ultimate Cannonbolt, Humungousaur, Big Chill, Spidermonkey, and Echo Echo. Someone must have told him that he forgot one and forced him to write this story as repentance because it only has Ultimate Swampfire. They even have Ben directly go from human to Ultimate alien because otherwise, it would be hard to fit him in.

I'll try to keep this short and am posting this for a friend.

Friend moved and to find work quickly applied to a job advert online, within 30 mins of applying an agency call her back. This job doesn't exist but due to her line of work then can get jobs lined up within days. My friend then had to fill out many many online forms and apply for a DBS check which she paid for her self.

The agency then arrange a job interview at a school, pretty much a half day. At the end of the day my friend gets a call form the agency saying the school were blown away by her ability. Shortly after the school contact her and ask for her to fill out lots of forms, finds it strange as she though all this information would be provided by the agency but still does it as she wants the job.

She is then asked to come back for a full day and to meet the staff/head and have a formal interview. This goes amazingly well and she is offered the job by the end of that day.

Now heres where she needs the advice. It appears the school didn't employ her via the agency, it appears the school made her fill out the job application for them directly after her first meeting with them and have employed her directly. She only found this out 4 days into her employment.

She has now been told that the agency are looking into bringing a legal case against her and the school. The school have told her not to speak to the agency and they are going to get advise.

Does my friend have anything to worry about at all or is this a fight that will be between the school and the agency? She is very worried about the situation but from that start believed that the school was woking with the agency and everything was done correctly.

Update 1 So I've got the email from the agency, starts of with hope you're all ready for Xmas etc... Then "been impossible to get hold of the school, which usually means the school have opted to take you on permanently without informing us. I have made contact with the school to let them know they gave an introduction few which would be much bigger than normal due to this having happened without us knowing if they don't get in touch. You are also in beach of your engagement term with us if this is the case. We are keen to get this sorted as soon as possible- the last thing we want to do is over charge the school, and prevent your placement from happening at all. Please call me asap - failure to do this could resul

Whether we succeed or fail, please include a post activity score screen so we can see the numbers for what we have done. This allows us to help team mates find how to improve their performance and find what works best for each team.

This isn't about flexing or shaming performance but better team work. Most top teams don't need this information but many benefit from them. We need one for the forge, this also gives us the chance to exit the activity.

Hello everyone

I've got a few questions, about making a replay / After-action review.

I'm planning to make one for a game. (Single player, VR, would like 'record' around 20 objects.)

1. Is it difficult to make?
2. What main areas / things to consider when making it?
3. Does the recording of data effect the performance much?

I'm guessing to make this, you need a list of dynamics objects in the scene.

• what is it? Object (The 'thing' I care about])
• Where is it? Transform properties (Orientation & position on the map)
• When did it occur? Time-stamp of event

For the playback speed, is it more relevant to animations at the speed expected matches the one being displayed in the replay.

A good example of features would be like the replay function in 'Insurgency Sandstorm'.

After Action Review / Replay (Insurgency Sandstorm)

Just finished an Iron Man Spain run. Goals were to get into Asia fast, destroy Portugal, establish Caribbean, Ivory coast, Cape and then take over the Spice Islands. Follow on goal was to take as much of France as possible and as much of Italy as possible with the PU over Naples. Basically wanted to have a big trade game. Ended up with 4000 Dev and most of France, 100 max absolutism for the first time and getting around 800 in trade, but the run left much to be desired and a few questions.

1. Is there a point of diminishing returns for light ships adding trade power? It certainly seemed so to me, but many here talk about spamming thousands to get an edge. Numbers wise I'm either doing it wrong with the lights, or there is a point of lackluster gain or even loss from too many lights. Follow on to that, the numbers the game lists to show what the profit would be if ships patrol a certain node seemed way off to me, how do you prioritize where to the trade fleets?

2. Unrest was absolutely terrible in this game. After Court and Country I rolled through Indonesia and Malaysia and established Australia. I was making ridiculous money at this point, twice more than the closest second and had Manufacturers very fast. After taking care of the Spice islands I noticed France was low on Manning so started crushing them and taking their stuff. I did take Humanist idea group (do you wait to grab -2 National unrest until after starting Court and Country)? Anyways I was rolling and then, with Italy almost down and France, including Paris, the Liberty Aspirations disaster hit, during a big War, with War exhaustion high in a huge sprawling Colonial empire. It was the equivalent of getting my shit pushed in. How to avoid? Eventually it ended, leaving me shattered and broken but expansion slowed to a crawl after that. I literally fought rebels the entire rest of the game, pretty much every turn despite having Full Humanist.

3. Owning much of Italy including Genoa, I assumed I should switch my trade Port to Genoa? I did and played around for about 50 years with moving merchant's and trying to find a sweet spot. Even with trade ideas I wasn't seeing the big exponential growth I've seen on YouTube for long trains of trade steering. I was steering everything from Malacca through Zanzibar, Cape, Ivory, Caribbean, Safi, Seville to Genoa. That seemed the best after some major experimenting. But Collecting in Seville (as home node) and Collecting in Genoa had equal or better num
