I relate to Adrien more because I know what it feels like to hide who you really are. He is afraid of not living to his Father's expectation therefor making him seem like a perfect guy. Not only that, but he is afraid of what people will think of him when he let's himself loose.
In my case, I am slowly but surely letting people know that I like what some people say "girly". Only my family members know because I am scared of what people say when I am not this cool, boy-ish girl that I presented myself as. So I think I am not really a big fan of changes. My family members know that I am a bit dorky, clumsy and outgoing girl. I use puns, jokes and I also love being annoying.
I dislike secrets because it makes me feel left out. Similar to what Chat felt in Syren.
In terms of Marinette, I let my emotions get the better of me which really sucks because I say stuff that I don't mean and act rationally.
I think the writers did a decent job on making both the protagonists relatable. So how about you? Who do you find more relatable and why.
In my review in the 'guiltrip' discussion page I expressed my disappointment with this episode, but on a second watch it actually was very good. Plus it sparked a discussion question which I hope that you will join in on. Please let me know who was more correct (Adrien or Marinette) below.
Despite the fact that Adrien and Marinette are very similar in many ways the way the tried to help Juleka was very different in 'guiltrip'. Adrien was the more morally correct solution in my opinion, but somehow Marinette's solution seem to work better in the end.
When he first approached Juleka, Adrien went alone (without Marinette). He immediately focused on the problem and tried to assure her that she could trust him. He was the only one who picked up on what Juleka needed and promised not to treat Rose any differently. And he was the only one to keep that promise. He respected both Juleka's problem and Rose's desire to it a secret.
Marinette immediately texted everybody that she found Juleka. (It is unclear if she expected them to show up.) She promised that Rose would never find out that Juleka told them her secret. But she broke that promise by worrying too much about Rose. You can't blame Marinette for the actions of her classmates (other than the fact that they found out because of her). Yet, the class tends to follow her lead. She made it worse when she could have stopped it. (On a side note, I think the ending with how she treated Rose like she was not made of glass (although done in such a gloriously cringy way that only Marinette can manage) was important to get the class to do what Rose wanted.)
In the end, though, Rose got something better than she could have hoped for; that she was treated the same as everybody else AND her friends could share a little in the burden and appreciate how strong she is. Further it helped to bring the class closer together.
In summary, in my opinion, Adrien kept impeccably to the trust that Juleka gave him (and since he understood Rose's wishes better) followed Rose's wishes despite his care for Rose. Marinette, on the other hand betrayed that trust because of her concern for Rose. This lead to chaos (chaos always follow in her wake). But, it also leads to Rose being in a better situation and builds up the class to be closer together.

Hello eveyone. Iβve seen recently a lot Of people complaining about Marinette does motocyclor and fight about Adrien and Marinette age on others social media.
So i wanted to share with some miraculous fan the point of view Of a french One.
First : their age I think you already know but school system isnβt the same and depend in wich country you are. in France Marinette and adrien are in « collΓ¨geΒ Β» wich means middle school but in France middle school only during 4 years. And its said multiple Times on the french dub that they are in « 3 emeΒ Β» wich means she surely 14 and she will be 15, Or she is already 15. ( if she didnβt repeat a year). And she is on her last year Of collΓ¨ge. Next year she will be on lycΓ©e ( high school ).
Seconde : the motocyclor
You probably donβt know but on « 5 emeΒ Β» ans « 3 emeΒ Β» you pass an drive pre-exam called ASSR 1 and 2. The ASSR2 is needed at 18 for passing the drive test while the ASSR1 is needed at 14 if you want to pass the LIGHT motocyclor ( motocyclor with reducced speed and power ) something like a scooter. So iβΒ m Not Γ master Of motocyclor but i think we already saw ladybug with a powerfull moto but its a detail because on a fact she can drive a light moto at 14 ( or a scooter ) .

I thought he was by far THE most badass villain we've ever had in this show. Steals the show in every scene he's in, and his acting is super intimidating to the point that I was scared he was actually going to win. Sure, his story arc was rather weak, but that's not his fault, is it? If we're talking about the actor, I think he did an incredible job.
