Can anyone recommend a solution for managing software on laptops in a distributed workforce? I want something that can handle installation and patching for 3rd party products.

I've been arguing with our current solution throughout the pandemic and I'm looking for an upgrade. Our current solution isn't built for a distributed workforce and can't handle installs or patching for devices that aren't online and on-VPN.

I think in the interview or application I said I was available for work from 8AM to 8PM, but the timing is getting out of hand and I want to shift it from 9AM to 9PM to avoid ruining my sleep schedule. How do I do this on the application? The instructions provided don't help.

My company recently created a WFM team about 1 year ago and recently (8mos ago) hired an official Senior Manager to lead the team. I was leading a Tier 2 support team and during a re-org, my team was moved under the WFM team as the work aligns with the Real-Time Analysts. My scope has now changed and I inherited 4 RTAs (Real-Time Analysts) +4 current Tier 2 Support folks, reporting to the Senior Manager. I come in with zero experience and still learning over the past couple of weeks (shadowing, learning Calabrio, shadowing during weekends, 30 min sessions with my manager to talk about WFM etc.) to understand the business what impact WFM has on the businesses. Any tips that you guys can provide for me as a WFM newbie? I will take all I can get especially surrounding the real-time analyst's work.
