-The Accomplice - 5/5 (The show does a really good job at setting up the plot for the series going forward. Zeta and Ro are both really interesting characters to follow. It is a little forced that she just agrees to go on a country- probably world-wide road trip with him but she is homeless so I digress. I just wish Zeta's main holographic disguise was a bit more interesting visually)
-His Maker's Name - 4/5 (The show does a really good job at slowly continuing the arc they've set up even in just the second episode. First he gets the idea to find his creators from Ro, then he meets one of his designers in this one who redirects him to the main programmer. What it does well is also establish the motivations of Bennet more clearly. We already know he thinks Zeta is dangerous, but the fact that he discovers a robot Zeta killed in self defense and takes that as proof that Zeta is murderous to scare Dr. Aroyu)
-Remote Control - 3/5 (And they continue with the great slow development. While this is more of a filler side quest episode, it has that scene where Zeta, controlled by Bucky, publicly attacks an innocent man in front of a crowd. Does a good job at providing more "evidence" that he is dangerous, and raising the conflict. One thing I've got to say though is Ro is kinda stupid, because she clearly understood that Bucky, the child standing next to her, was using a remote to control Zeta. And instead of tackling the CHILD, or just grabbing the device out of the CHILDS hand, she chases Zeta... What the flip? Conflict could've been avoided so much earlier. Grabbing it from a kid is easy)
-Change of Heart - 4/5 (Unless said otherwise going forward, this goes without saying, but the development of the story and characters is great. Here we get a little hint at Ro's past and how she's resentful for her parents who didn't want her, and tries to put that same thought into Zeta's head regarding his "father". And while the "robot tries to understand human concepts" is super cliche, the scene where Zeta asks about a "broken heart" and what "having someone's smile" means is adorable. It's pretty ironic how negligent the mom of the kid Zeta had to rescue is despite how they tried to make their mother-daughter relationship seem wholesome. She doesn't notice when she's dragged dangerously up high in a moving vehicle, or walking away from her into a fusion reactor. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Little is known about the signals downstream of PI3K which regulate mast cell homeostasis and function following FcepsilonRI aggregation and Kit ligation. In this study, we investigated the role of the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) pathway in these responses. In human and mouse mast cells, stimulation via FcepsilonRI or Kit resulted in a marked PI3K-dependent activation of the mTORC1 pathway, as revealed by the wortmannin-sensitive sequential phosphorylation of tuberin, mTOR, p70S6 kinase (p70S6K), and 4E-BP1. In contrast, in human tumor mast cells, the mTORC1 pathway was constitutively activated and this was associated with markedly elevated levels of mTORC1 pathway components. Rapamycin, a specific inhibitor of mTORC1, selectively and completely blocked the FcepsilonRI- and Kit-induced mTORC1-dependent p70S6K phosphorylation and partially blocked the 4E-BP1 phosphorylation. In parallel, although rapamycin had no effect on FcepsilonRI-mediated degranulation or Kit-mediated cell adhesion, it inhibited cytokine production, and kit-mediated chemotaxis and cell survival. Furthermore, Rapamycin also blocked the constitutive activation of the mTORC1 pathway and inhibited cell survival of tumor mast cells. These data provide evidence that mTORC1 is a point of divergency for the PI3K-regulated downstream events of FcepsilonRI and Kit for the selective regulation of mast cell functions. Specifically, the mTORC1 pathway may play a critical role in normal and dysregulated control of mast cell homeostasis.
