You wake up as Salman Khan for a week. What do you do?
Has anyone figured this out? I work construction and get too tired to function around 9PM. Since I get home around 5PM after traffic, it doesn't leave a whole lot of time when including cooking and eating dinner.
I'd love to play the occasional show with my band during the week, have a weekly hang out with friends, etc., but it just doesn't seem feasible.
Canada is seeking to secure sweeping access to the British market for its farmers in trade talks, after UK concessions to Australia threatened to open the floodgates for food imports.
Ottawa believes it can secure an ambitious deal on agriculture in negotiations later this year and hopes to take inspiration from the generous agreement set to be sealed with Australia, The Sunday Telegraph can reveal.
It came as Whitehall sources said a trade deal with Australia would pave the way for a New Zealand agreement within weeks, with Wellington expected to be offered similar terms.
The UK is about to propose a tariff-free, quota-free deal with Australia, phased in over 15 years, after a bitter row about protecting British farmers divided the Cabinet. A source close to Canadaβs trade team said Ottawa has been watching Australian talks closely and wants a better offer than its agriculture industry gets under an agreement with the European Union.
A Canadian source said: βThere are areas where we think we can move further on agriculture with the UK, since we are only negotiating with one country rather than 28.
βWe would learn from that [Australia] agreementβ¦ It would help inform some areas where the UK is looking to position themselves.β
After it rolled over a number of former EU deals, the UKβs tie-up with Australia will mark the countryβs first significant post-Brexit trade deal.
However, British farmers have warned they could be undercut by foreign food imports as they face competition from larger and more efficient overseas rivals.
Canadian farming lobbyists are ramping up pressure on their government to secure sweeping access to Britain. Claire Citeau, head of the Canadian Agri-Food Trade Alliance, said: βSecuring better, meaningful and competitive access to the UK market is a top priority for our exporters.β
Dairy, beef and wheat exporters in Canada are keen to expand sales into the UK, with many left disappointed by the deal struck with Brussels in 2016.
Most Canadian food production methods align strongly with the US, its top trading partner and include controversial practices, such as genetic modification of crops and chlorine washes of chicken carcasses. British ministers have already ruled out a
... keep reading on reddit β‘She does this for EVERY sleep, even night sleep. The only time she gets longer stretches is if I'm holding her. We even have the snoo and it's done nothing to improve our situation. We just started her on prevacid because her doctor suspects she has silent reflux.
Does anyone know why she wakes so soon after being put down? Has anyone experienced this? We'll she grow out of it soon? Please help, I'm exhausted and losing hope.
Iβve been reading about sleep and naps and reading contradicting advice everywhere. Can someone please help?
My 7 week old sleeps well at night. Iβve read we should have a consistent wake up time, so today we woke her up 7am. She was very fussy. Usually I let her sleep and would start the day when she was ready. Today was different, she kept screaming, maybe overtired? Her usual wake window is 70-90min and today was fussy from 30min on.
Now, naps. If I keep cycles based on 3h feeds, do I have to wake her from naps to keep the feed on time? Sometimes I let her sleep and that shifts feeds by 20-40min or so.
Another thing, sometimes she keeps waking up every 10min but with rocking and face stroking she easily goes back to sleep. Do I help her to sleep more if she has a short nap so she sleeps until next feed?
Iβm just so confused
Itβs my party. Iβll cry if I want to.
Hi everyone. Over the past week and a half I have been having some fatigue as soon as I wake up. My alarm goes off and I feel as if I could instantly close my eyes and fall right back to sleep. And Iβve been doing this as of late, but then when I wake up I feel even more tired. Then throughout the day until 2P.M. or so, I still feel tired and like I could fall asleep easily.
Some changes Iβve made, but recently cut back on:
-Upped calorie intake to 2500 calories a day from 1500
-lifting weights 3 times a week
(Stopped both of these though for the sake of the fatigue)
I know itβs super unlikely, but could this be from a Lyme? I did pull ticks off of me this summer, but no bullseye, and no other symptoms other than fatigue.
Then being the hypochondriac I am, I worry about it being super rare EEE (eastern equine virus.) We have had numerous cases last year, havenβt heard anything this year about cases but maybe I have something super mild?
