A list of puns related to "Unfinished Monkey Business"
Did Egon intentionally sacrifice his relationship with Callie to have unfinished business and become a ghost?
If so, what a magnificently tragic, and somewhat morally ambiguous character he is.
Not just to alienate and abandon all his friends, not just to make the sacrifice of losing his family himself, but to inflict it on his kid, and grand kids, is quite a thing.
Bravo to the writers. This is the best thing I've seen in ages.
My comment was getting long so letβs just put it here ask your opinions.
With the 4 teams who are rumored to have left due to Covid (Paris survivors, Dancing wedding dudes, Connie & Sam and the Love Islanders. If there was to be an βunfinished business 2.0β season. Who would you bring back? Letβs shoot for a standard 11 teams.
Note: Love Island did not return due to a breakup. And Connie was pregnant, preventing her and Sam from coming back.
(I recommend post S24 since that was the controversial All-Stars.)
Silent Partner, Unfinished Business: A Death Note thriller about romance, revenge, redemption, and the Kuleshov effect.
Naomi Misora survives her suicide attempt, but she has lasting brain damage that makes it nearly impossible to communicate using language. She learns that Raye was sent here to die, and is given the power to take revenge on those who betrayed her, but even if she has the strength to use it, how can it help her catch Kira?
Misa Amane is convinced that to make a new world, Kira needs oversight and responsibility so he won't make mistakes and hurt people like Naomi. No longer content to just sit around and be told what to do, she brings all the considerable -- and bizarre -- intelligence she has to the investigation as a full member.
Light can't carry out his plan to lose his memories, so he has to manipulate and destabilize the investigation while handcuffed to Ryuzaki. If he plays the grief-wracked widow and the delusionally obsessed starlet correctly, he's going to have clean hands when he stands over L's corpse, and already set up a cover story for why he's going to chase Kira eternally while never catching him.
The Death Note falls into the hands of a much more intelligent and much more visionary business criminal, who has plans to beat Kira and come out on top. A lot of very intelligent people need to use their wits and resources to attain their goals, and use them fast because everyone's plans start smashing into each other and suddenly you're playing speed chess while people are shooting at you.
...That's my recommendation for SPUB, which I originally posted in this reddit over a year ago. You can repost advertisements for your own stuff! I think this is a really good story, with smart characters using the rules of the world in interesting ways relying on established rules. I think it's up y'all's alley. But I have also been advised to tell everyone: there is a sequel!
Misa Amasora's Pure Love Memorial.
It's a romance, and might not spoil the ending of the original because you know there's kind of some stuff that would need to have gone a certain way in order to end up with a happy ending, but I figured after all I put them through they deserved a happy ending somewhere.
It's not as purely rational as SPUB because it is a romance story and a major source of conflict is inner turmoil over emotions
... keep reading on reddit β‘Funny enough, this is actually indicative of the major problem I had throughout our relationship. He would need to do something, I would remind him, he'd constantly put it off, until one day I'd just be pissed about it, and he would get mad that I was mad.
He dumped me 2 days ago. He offered me a month to move out. I didn't need it (or want it. Being in the same house as an ex sounds like fucking torture). I packed my stuff and left to my parents' house the next day. I changed my mailing address, removed myself from his Amazon account, canceled our meal kit service which was under my name and credit card, etc.
I am on his phone plan. It's in his name. I CashApp him my monthly phone payment. I asked him the night he dumped me to please call and see what needs to be done and sorted out (to see if he could get me off of it or if I would just have to deal with paying him monthly, yaddayadda). He still hasn't. He said he would call and let me know once he does.
I want everything dealt with as quickly as possible, but I can't force him to call. I'm trying to be NC (yes, because I ultimately want him back and for us to work things out, as many people start, but also because I want to heal as quickly as possible for myself). What do I do?
If a second Unfinished Business-themed season were produced, who would be likely? No winners based on the theme. Just a list of possibilities.
TAR 19 - Andy and Tommy (It's unbelievable that they weren't on All-Stars 2)
TAR 20 - Nary and Jamie
TAR 20 - Mark and Bopper (Give them a second chance for real this time)
TAR 21 - Amy and Daniel
TAR 21 - James and Abba (They deserved another go, but it may be too late at this point. Age is a concern)
TAR 21 - Jaymes and James (Wrong side of an upset.)
TAR 22 - Mona and Beth (Last survivors of the ill-fated alliance with Jessica and John)
TAR 22 - Max and Katie (Did everything right in the finale until they got tripped up by a luck-based roadblock)
TAR 23 - Chester and Ephraim (Bizarre case of disaster dominoes)
TAR 25 - Jim and Misti (Would be a lock on the cast, but RIP Jim)
TAR 27 - Tanner and Josh (Strong team who fizzled out after calling a truce. Double roadblock was a death sentence.)
TAR 27 - Denise and James Earl
TAR 27 - Justin and Diana (How could you not? Superfans who genuinely enjoyed every second of the experience.)
Anyone else you can think of?
