Undecided Records Puns

In light of the Panama Papers, I've seen a lot of posts of how amazing Bernie is because he spoke against this. My challenge is: are there any blatant mistakes on his record? I think it's important to play devil's advocate here and not only highlight the good things about Bernie.

1. In the media/recent debate, Bernie did not point out that 170 economists support his plans for wall street reform or that his tax plans are similar to those in the 60s. Why not? Economic feasibility is the number one attack you hear against Sanders and the campaign does little to rebut it. Your average cable-viewing American likely hears about how How Bernie will put you in the poor house (8 min Fox News segment), but nothing about how 170 economists support his economic plans Strong facts like this need to be a focus if you want to win the "average" voter. Fucking put "170 leading economists back Bernie's plan" on every flyer and bumper sticker.

2. I doubt your "average" voter knows little about Bernie's consistent voting record or his political activism regarding civil rights. Bernie has made little mention of this (from what I've seen in the debates/media). Why? Why not make that a focal point of your daily campaign? "I was arrested for protesting segregation"... "I was a supporter of gay rights in 1995". "I am principled like no other politician and my voting record reflects that. Please refer to my votes on X, X, X and this picture here where I was arrested for protesting segregation" That sells.

IMO, if the "revolution" is to continue, the public must be made aware of these little-known points. To speak of a "revolution" and then not hammer away with these points, reminds me a lot of the Ron Paul strategy.

Looking for a discussion here and I apologize if my perception of the campaign strategy/talking points isn't accurate. My exposure to Bernie has come from watching Fox, CNN and the debates and it is my opinion that the public needs to know who he is, and what his record reflects before the media brands him as that "broken record wall-street attacking liberal who doesn't have a sound sound economic plan". Just refer to that Fox News video listed above to see my point.

Thoughts? (I am not that involved in politics/Bernie, but would love to hear some opinions.)

##1. What are your thoughts on Mushoku Tensei***'s worldbuilding and how it utilizes its fantasy setting? How do production elements such as background art and character design contribute to the setting?***

Strong worldbuilding bolstered by production

Mushoku Tensei seems at first glance to be your standard fantasy fare, and indeed, many of its fantastic creatures as well as its magic and combat system would not be out of place in a game of Dungeons & Dragons. It is in the show’s ability to expand beyond that, and in how it does this, that it shines, walking the tightrope of providing just enough exposition to build itself a robust fantasy world at once familiar yet unique without leaving the viewer bored or overwhelmed. It is the little details here and there, such as the integration of the various fantasy languages and scripts.

The background art and character design further enhance the viewer’s experience, with carefully chosen colors crafting a world that feels truly lived in. Each town and region’s distinct and clearly established color scheme and aesthetic makes them unique and memorable for the viewer and keeps the background art from ever becoming stale. The subdued yellow and green tones of the landscape around Buena Village give it a properly rural, earthy feel, while the saturated yellow sky and greenish hues of the waters around the port town call for attention, evoking an otherworldly and alien se

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Start of the video. We are in the bathroom, and it’s time for Day 11 weigh in. She currently weighs in at 494.6 lbs., which is a loss of 1.6 lbs. from yesterday. While Amber is surprised with this loss, she’s not gonna question it.

Cut to the Piano LEGO set that she’s finally going to unbox. Amber notes that there “is” 3662 pieces in the kit. There are 21 bags of LEGO pieces, and she describes the instruction manual as “one of the thickest” she’s ever had. She completes Step One, which consists of connecting two bags of pieces together.

Cut to tomorrow’s weigh in. For Day 12, she weighs in at 493.4 lbs., a loss of 1.2 lbs. from the day before. She claims that some people in the audience are demanding to know what she’s being doing to lose the weight. She says some days she count calories and other days she does not. Also, some days she eats at home, while other days she orders take-out. She attributes her weight-loss to “proactively eating less” (broken record…). She’s trying to get in the swing of counting calories, but right now it’s been intuitive.

Cut to Amber sitting on the couch. For her Day 13 weigh in, she tips the scales at 493.6 lbs., a gain of .2 lbs. from the day before. She says it’s a weight fluctuation, and she can look back and see where she messed us yesterday (probably why you shouldn’t be weighing yourself daily?). Today is the appointment with the weight loss surgeon. She says she is pretty nervous (take a shot everyone!), but she wants to hear what they have to see. She is undecided in regards to WLS (I though you were saving up for it?), but wants to hear from a professional about if WLS is the right option for her (she notes she isn’t sure why it wouldn’t be).

We now see Amber walking through the house, and it’s time for her Day 14 weigh in. She clocks in at 491.8 lbs., a loss of 1.8 lbs. from yesterday (a loss she’s “so proud” of.) She feels like she’s on track to losing the 50 lb. she set out for herself for the 100 days, and “that shit excites me!”. She also shows off her sweater, which says “Dogs make me happy”, and she says they “really, really do”. She now proceeds into talking about a garden variety of topics. Her weight-loss doctor appointment was cancelled, and will have to be rescheduled (I wonder if she cancelled it due to her nerves?).

For years now, I have seen 40k fan complain about GW not written Abaddon well or making jokes about the Warmaster being a loser. People seems to think, that He never wins fights or always runs away.

So, this is as complete a list of every major or significant duel and fight Abaddon has ever fought. Some of these are quite complex and some are straightforward one vs ones.

· Abaddon fought Garviel Loken, beat him and left him for dead. (Horus Rising)

· Abaddon fought Zardu Layak and his two blade slaves. This was more a demonstration of superiority than actual battle. Abaddon won though. (Solar War)

· Abaddon fought Jubal Khan, a fellow member of the most elite tier of warriors in the Horus Heresy. Abaddon killed him. (Solar War)

· Abaddon fought Nathaniel Garro, He knocked Garro down and out, but his killing blow was stopped by…

· Bel Sepatus. He saved Garro but was killed by Abaddon but then….

· Endryd Haar attacked. Abaddon killed him too, but his dead weight pinned Abaddon to a wall, and would have allowed a now recovered Garro to kill Abaddon. (all three in Saturnine)

· Abaddon fought a clone of Horus. This is a nuanced situation, not a straight fight, but still a solid showing for Abaddon, who killed the Clone. (Talon of Horus)

· He had a sparring session with Iskander Khayon. (Black Legion)

· Famously Abaddon fought Sigismund. Sigismund had lost a bit of his speed to age but was still a monster. Abaddon killed him, but Sigismund wounded him heavily in return. Abaddon was carried from the field but did win. (Black Legion)

----all these fights was before he gained Drach’nyen and really became Supreme Chosen of Chaos---

· The Warmaster fought and killed Blood Angels Captain Acrion in the 7th Black Crusade. (index astartes death company)

· Reclusiarch Thalastian Jorus (Blood Angels) then took command, fought a brilliant war, and got himself close enough to fight Abaddon one vs one. He wounded Abaddon but was ultimately killed by Abaddon also in the 7th Black Crusade. (index astartes death company)

· Abaddon wanted to recruit Kharn the Betrayer, Kharn fought him with the intent to kill. The fight was stopped by Khornes demons as Abaddon had “signed the correct papers” and now Kharn had to “deliver the promised service”. The fight was undecided, but Abaddon more than held his own. And it ends with Kharn lowering Gorechild and asking Abaddon; “Who would you have me slay?“ (The red Path 8.)

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

I said "hey look, an escaPEA"

No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
