This ranking will be used for two things:
Seeding for the Euro 2020 Qualifying draw, which takes place on 2 December
After the Qualifiers, to decide which teams will take place in the Playoffs (example: if one of the four group winners from League B qualifies directly, the 5th place team from the League will take the playoff spot)
Teams are ranked by league, position, number of points, goal difference, goals scored. (For the League C groups with four teams, only the results against the first and second place team are counted.)
I was updating the ranking will tonight's matches were happening, so feel free to point if there's any mistake.

The most notable omission is of course Victor Nilsson Lindelöf (Manchester United) who is out due to injury, and combined with the recovering injuries on Andreas Granqvist and Pontus Jansson both Alexander Milosevic and Per Karlsson were included in the squad as backup. The latter is 33 years old and has only featured in two international friendlies, so he was a surprising inclusion, however playing his 17th season for AIK he has been one of the best defenders in the Swedish league for many years, so he is probably seen as a safe backup.
