A list of puns related to "Top and bottom"
Does that mean you're under a rest?
The only think I miss about my (otherwise awful) father is his sense of humor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (and the top of my face palms) for every groaner, pun, and repeat.
Love,

A hearse is driving up a very steep street and once it gets near the top, the back door opens up and the coffin comes shooting out of the hearse and rolls down the street.
People are diving out of the way, cars are swerving, itβs chaos! By the time it reaches the bottom of the hill it has picked up a lot of speed and crashes into a wall surrounded by people.
The door pops open, the body sits up and says βDo you have anything to stop this coughin?β

[When I reach home, my 1.5 y.o. son rushes out to the gate to sit in my lap while I park the car. Then he just grabs the steering and starts shaking it with brrrmmm brrrmmm sound. His cute antics always make me forget that he's suffering from a rare disease.](https://www.reddit.com/r/da
Stopped at the grocery store last night. My teen daughter always picks out the apples (so we know we get ones she likes). When she grabbed one from the middle of the bin, a few on the top rolled to the bottom. She briefly panicked, then turned to me and says "whew! I almost caused an apple-anche!"
I was once staying at a hotel which had two lifts, one for the bottom half and one for the top. I was intrigued with the system and asked the manager about it, his response was a fairly terse one "no funny business here, take the lift like anyone else would" he said strictly.
During my stay I needed to get to the higher section of the building, leading me to use the top lift. However when I came to move it, it took quite the effort and persuasion to get it to shift. Once I'd fiddled around and pushed a few more buttons it slowly made it's way up.
It was at this point I realised the manager simply had a stiff upper lift.

... keep reading on reddit β‘She was buying tickets to a show, and the theater is separated into two sections.
Her: "Do you want to sit in the upper or lower section?"
Me: "Top or bottom. It doesn't matter, I'm bi-sectional."
I got a good glare, and a sense that I'm sleeping on the sofa tonight.
I was just talking with my co-worker about a foot rest he has under his desk and possibly elevating it to be more comfortable. He said "It even has feet on the bottom of it." Without missing a beat, I replied, "and feet on top too!"
So dad comes home from work and shows me how his tie has the long part at the front, and the short part at the back for tightening, and he says,
"Now if I roll these parts up to the top, together, and then let go, which part will unroll and hit the bottom first?"
"Um, the shorter part?"
He looks down, rolls up his tie, releases it, then looks up at me.
"It's a tie!"
So earlier, my boss put a plant on my desk with some flowers on the bottom and then a weird stick plant thing reaching out from the top. One of the guys as he headed out said, "Wow, nice plant."
Me: "I thought I would really try to reach my roots and branch out a bit. It seems to be working."
I was a young teenager, hanging out with my cousins at a family wedding. We were dressed in our finest: button-down shirts and ties (a rare thing for some of us). It was the middle of the photo shoot, so we had to wait around for our turn.
My uncle sees us, bored out of our minds, and asks if we wanted to have a "tie race." Seeing our puzzled expressions, he demonstrated by rolling up his tie from the bottom to the top like a cinnamon roll.
We got the idea immediately, rolling up our ties as well. Everyone had their own strategy: some rolled theirs tighter, others looser. Some rolled up the tail, others didn't. Some had clip-ons.
On the count of three, we released our ties to see whose unrolled the fastest. We all looked around, trying to decide who actually won the race, when my uncle declared:
It's a tie!
GF: I wear this skirt so much I think it's getting holes in it.
Me: I see two big holes in it.
GF: Where?!
Me: (points) Right at the bottom and right at the top
GF: (punches me)
Went for some lunch with my dad and he looks at his upside down glass says "There's something wrong with my glass. There's no bottom and no hole at the top" laughing and looking very pleased with himself.
Got my top two wisdom teeth taken out. I came home and my dad asked me when I was getting the bottom two taken out. I told him I didn't have to because I don't have my bottom two. He just goes "Well that's strange, I guess you are not really that smart."
Thanks Dad.
