The Mystery of the Blue Train Puns

Ther eare certainly a few mysteries remaining when to comes to the infinity train i feel. Tulip's journey ended but what comes next may reveal more.

One major mystery is who created the infinity train, and how ti chooses those it draws on board. and how aware the train itself is.

There is also the mystery of the Steward. when its face was forced open the first time it appeared, there appeared to ahve been a slot for a sphere. or maybe even something like one one. while the steward got wrecked in the end that mystery still stands. Could there be another being like One one out there, trying to find its way back to its own body? which atticus wrecked XD

Could lead to a couple other questions. Is there an Engineer too?

Another book signing. God, I hate these events. Especially since I since I started wearing this turtle neck, its so damn hot. I figured it would make me look more chilling, like Stephen King. Or was it Steve Jobs? Fuck, I'm bad at this.

Part of me wants to be found out, I just don't have the balls to confess. It's all right there in the book, anyways—a confession hidden in fiction. I don't have the imagination to come up with an actual murder story. But, come on, I literally wrote it word-for-word. The accidental murder. The panicked googling of how to hide a body. My wife searching my browsing history and asking if I was writing a murder mystery. The book ends with the main character—of the same God damn name as me—writing a best selling novel about the murder he committed.

Someone out there has to realize what's going on, right?

"Could you make it out to Laurie?" the plump woman standing at the table asks. It's a blur of housewives at these signings, why are women so fascinated by killers?

"Mhm," I hum, signing the hundredth flap of the day. She takes the book with wide-eyes, gushing to her equally obese friend as they scurry off, "He's so mysterious—"

I'm not mysterious, I just don't know what to say.

"Make it out to Detective Larsen."

I freeze, my gaze creeping up at the man who's just set my book down with a thud. Leather jacket. A few days of dark, oily scruff grown on his face. The calm, sexually charged demeanor. He knows. He's investigating the case.

"Mhm, course," I mumble, my wrist quivering as I slowly sign the flap.

"How do you come up with such a detailed, intricate murder story? It's almost like you lived the tale yourself."

This is it, I'm found out. And, really, I'm glad. I'm done with the stress, the sleepless nights, take me to jail.

"You know what they say," I croak out. "Life is stranger than fiction." My wrists are tilted up at him, presented for cuffing.

He laughs, low and controlled. And he's reaching into his coat pocket, smiling down at me like judge, jury, and executioner. I'm waiting for it: the gun, the cuffs, the badge, hearing my Miranda Rights as I'm dragged past my adoring fans—let's do this.

"Could you sign my wife's copy too?" he whips out a book that should have been a polished revolver, and I nearly break down into tears. "She couldn't make it today, but she loves you

Picked this beauty up at the local GC during their Presidents day sale. Got nearly 40% marked down, originally $800, paid $550. I had been searching for a semi hollow for a few months until I came across this one, and was instantly drawn in by the color and the unique grain pattern on the top and back. It has everything I was looking for and just completely fit the bill for me.

Today I am at my wits end. Every single weekend the train will be at capacity before reaching Penrith station, leaving standing room only for the entirety of the Blue Mountains stretch. I have left a complaint every single time this occurs. Today, it is at the point where I am stuck against the doors, and when the train pulled up I saw the floors of the carriage full with people sitting.

This happens because this train takes tourists direct from Central to Katoomba. I think this is a great way to do the journey, but 4 carriages is clearly not enough. The trip is not short, from Penrith to mid-Mountains I am standing in a cattle crush for nearly and hour.

This has become bit of a rant but simply I ask, what actions can I actually take to address this issue?

Can't seem to remember the title of this mystery/thriller/suspense Novel... I checked this book out at my local library but I for the life of me do not remember the book title or the author. I tried checking on my library account but to no avail. It doesn't keep a record of all the books that I have checked out in the past.

I know for certain that it was intended for Young Adults/Adults since that was where I had originally found the book in the library. I was around 15 or 16 at the time of stumbling across this book. So I want to say 2012-2013 was when I got around to reading this book. It was paperback and the cover of the book was probably dark blue from what I last remember but I haven't the slightest idea as to when it was published. The book was set in a modern day era, considering computers and smartphones exist. The book was moderately thick, maybe not as thick as the Harry Potter books but it was thick enough where I could say that it was a hefty read. The book was labelled as Mystery, Thriller, and/or possibly Suspense.

This book was about a string of murders that happened in a town/city. Book starts off with the discovery of a teen boy found dead in his own room covered in his own excrement/waste after he died. He had a tie around his neck, indicating that he was chocked to death with it. The main character happens to work in the Police department trying to figure out what was going on. She had a sister that died a similar, her body was found hung from a tree in the backyard and I think that there was a suicide note involved for that situation. I remember that the plot-twist was that the main character's father was the perpetrator behind the string of murders (he killed those people because they had sex before marriage or something to that degree since he was an adamant and extremist Christian) and the only reason how the main protagonist ever found out was because I believe she ended up making love with the detective that was also on the case and her father tried to go out of his way to go kill her when he finds out his daughter is no longer a virgin.

The only notable characters that I can remember off the top of my head was the Main Female Protagonist, her catatonic mother, her dead sister, her Jesus-Freak psychopath father, that Detective that she got laid with aside from the teen that was strangled with a tie.

It would mean the world to me if you could tell me the title and author of this book. Thank you!

Part IV: The evolution of my train unloading setup

When I first started using trains, I was a bit OCD about using one side only. This was the first design that I felt decently happy with: https://imgur.com/x5DjvE8

It wasn't bad at the time, since it unloads everything to one side and provides 3 and 2/3rd blue belts of throughput, but the obvious drawbacks are: A) there's no buffer and B) all the inserters unload directly onto belt/undergrounds, which is the slowest way to unload. Around this time, I discovered that loading onto a splitter from the side allows inserters to unload items faster, because the game thinks it is unloading to both sides of the splitter. I used this design for a long time, because I was obsessed with unloading to one side of the train only. Despite having only 4 inserters each side, this unloaded the train faster than my first design because of the buffer chests, which is the main advantage of using a setup like this. The drawback, however, is that there are only 8 inserters unloading to the belts in total. Even though they were dumping to a splitter, this only provided 3 and 11/30th blue belts of throughput, which is slightly lower than the original design

The problem with identifying Golden Freddy is that, not only does he have a different hat and bow tie, but he's also confirmed to be Golden Freddy rather than Fredbear in the FNAF 2 custom night screen. The answer is... there were more than 2 spring suits.

Consider the night 4 phone call in FNAF 3: "Uh hello, hello hello. Uh there’s been a slight change in company policy concerning the use of the suits- uhm, don’t. After learning of an unfortunate incident at a sister location involving multiple and simultaneous spring lock failures, the company has deemed the suits temporarily unfit for employees. Safety is top priority at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, which is why the classic suits are being retired to an appropriate location while being looked at by our technicians. Until replacements arrive you’ll be expected to wear the temporary costumes provided to you. Keep in mind that they were found on very short notice so questions about appropriateness/relevance should be deflected. I repeat- the classic suits are not to be touched, activated, or worn."

As explained in Matpat's video, the sister location would presumably mean the Fredbear restaurant is open at the same time... but note that the incident happened at the sister location, not Freddy's... and yet the message to employees at Freddy's is that the spring suits are being taken away for inspection and they must instead wear replacements found at short notice.

Something to note here that I think was missed in the Game Theory video there: The spring suits at the Fredbear location caused the FNAF 4 incident... so the Freddy Fazbear location suits are being retired to be inspected and the employees will need to wear something else for the time being. This confirms that spring suits aren't just used at the Fredbear location, Freddy's was using them too, and why not? Until the incident, they were assumed to be safe and an efficient way of having a costume and animatronic in one (and we know how cheap Fazbear Entertainment are). So my theory is that Golden Freddy is the spring suit for the Freddy location, which was retired following the FNAF 4 incident at Fredbear's (along with their own spring bonnie suit and possibly others), the yellowing simply being from years of disuse after being stored in an icky safe room.

As for the location of the Give Cake minigame, there's only one animatronic, even Fredbear's was shown with at least two. An earlier location?... or perhaps the early Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. With Fr

So much potential and it’s basically just a big tease.

Ever since Rey used the Jedi mind trick on a stormtrooper to make her release her in The Force Awakens without any training or hints that she even knew that was thing many fans believe that this was actually a mystery box to be revealed in the sequels. That as the trilogy continued we would find out about Rey’s family and that this would actually explain why she could use the force so quickly when Yoda specifically said in Empire Strikes Back that the dark side is suppose the quick and easy way yet Rey became great at using it in less than a day without training.

However I don’t actually believe this. I don’t think the writers actually meant for Rey’s powers to be a mystery. They just wanted their new Luke character to be able to use the force and beat the bad guy so she could have a triumphant moment in the end of the movie and they either ignored or forgot that mastering the force is suppose to take training and time.

Why don’t I believe it?

Because none of the characters in the movie behaves like Rey’s sudden powers is out of the ordinary

All the characters just accepts that she could use the force in ways that took previous characters months to master.

If the writers truly intended to have the explanation for Rey’s powers to be a mystery than they should have had several characters react to it in the movie.

Kylo should have looked on her in shock and disbelief when he saw her force grab Anakin’s lightsaber and start shouting:

”That is impossible! Not even my grandfather learned how to do that so quickly! WHO ARE YOU AND WHO TRAINED YOU!?”

And/or there should have been a scene at the end of the movie before Rey travels to Luke were Leia, Rey and other Resistance member have gathered around a table were Rey explains that she could suddenly use the force when she was in her cell while demonstrating her abilities to them and Leia remarks that it is incredible strange how she could do that so quickly and that there most be some explanation for this which is why she sends her to Luke.

That way it would have been a lot more clearer that Rey’s sudden power are out of the ordinary and is meant to be a mystery to be answered later and not just the writer completely misunderstanding how the force works

But we don’t get scenes like this. Rey never mentions her abilities at least not onscreen with Leia or any Resistance members or Kylo.

This is monumental news yet the movie doesn’t treat it that way
