[TOMT]Name of a book about a man who lives in the depths of New York City and steals electricity from the local power company to light his “hole.” Can't remember the title, but I'm almost positive it had two words. Was on the English PARCC if there are any other HS juniors on here who took it.

I read an excerpt from it on the PARCC last week, really liked it, and wanted to find out the whole book. The narrator monologues about how we don't exist in the dark and how light proves we are real, and puts as many lights in his “hole” as possible to siphon as much electricity from the power company he hates. He had lit every wall of his room and was moving on to the floor.

I noticed that the nice, new 3d view in New York City had gone away, replaced with the old 3d view from 3 years ago. For a bit, it still existed in Google Earth Pro, but now that's reverted to. Does anyone know why this happened?
