I am trying to complete the quest on my account and it's impossible because the chat boxes with npcs keep closing out and the quest isn't registering that I've already completed the next step. I had to talk to Rufus about the meat shipment about 8 times before the conversation activated a cut scene. Has anyone else had issues with this quest?

I'm at the part in the quest where you have to kill the lvl 57 Sorebones in order to get the cranial clamp, the brain tongs, the 3 bell jars, and the 30 skull staples. I did that and received all of the items and took them back to Dr. Fenkenstrain. He then took them from me and then I accidentally clicked or lagged or something, but the cat scene didn't play. I talked to him again and he told me I still need to collect the items. I come back to that building the Sorebones are in and try to kill them but they're not dropping the items. Anybody know what I should be doing??
*Edit: The quest guide I was watching forgot to mention to bring a hammer to the Doctor, all solved :D
I can't get the anchor from the "barrelchest" I killed him the first time arround didn't pick it up now i can't get it i've killed the guy like 50x now ... please help... msg me in game Cas3y_J0n3s

So i was wondering if it was possible to get the anchor(and use/repair it) without taking the great brain robbery quest reward. The wiki says ''You don't need to fully complete the quest to receive and use the barrelchest anchor—you just need to kill Barrelchest.'' Can anyone confirm this? Id like to know before i do 3 quests. Reason im asking is id be 53 prayer if i took the reward, and im trying to stay 52. Thanks
