Sorry if this has been said or repated numerous times but it's honestly ruining the game at the moment. I've been playing over the Christmas/ New Year period and so many people lately can't comprehend how much of a waste they are when they sit in locked sectors/ objectives. So I feel that the commander should have the ability to MIA (Missing in Action) redeploy players as a form of redirection and punishment, similar to the garrison dismantle. It's really the only option at this point. I don't see the game enabling Battlefield 1 Grand Operations style lockouts/ Offensive lockouts in Warfare as its supposed to be an open battle but in order to re organise the teams I feel it's warranted. Rant finished. Love the game and community.

When you've obviously been accidentally killed by a teammate, do you still punish them? It just seems counterintuitive, I've accidentally taken you out with a grenade while trying to defend a point so now you've decided to add 10 seconds to my respawn time, which only makes it harder for both of us now to defend the point. You're actually punishing yourself by punishing me.

While it’s great for the NGS team to take a stand, this tweet opens up some questions. From this tweet alone, the NGS team claims that they implement severe punishments, such as account suspension when they find toxic and/or hateful remarks and that they’ve suspended or otherwise severely punished more than 1,600 accounts.
The questions these claims raise up are:
- What detection system did sega use exactly to find over 1600 punishable players?
- What process does the support team use to properly review and punish/ban a user fairly?
- What exactly are the standards for punishable hateful remarks or toxic behavior?
- How do they differentiate what deserves a permanent ban or just warning.
Before we dive into all this, please be aware that the goal of this post is not to go against the stand the NGS team is making but to understand the reviewing and process the support team does in regards to the claims made from the tweet. This post will be covering several peoples support tickets regarding their punishments/bans and will cover a compilation of questions and answers the support team have made out via the support tickets and community managers claims via social media posts. It’s a lot of information so I hope you take the time to read it all and note the dates on some of the info.

Banned Players Support Tickets

Over time, we gathered more cases in an attempt to better understand the situation and reached out to get updated info in regards to their support ticket. Please note that all of them are still permanently banned as of 9/14/2021, that these are their first offenses, and that these are just several out of the 1600+ players that the NGS moderation team has claimed to punish. I was downed and teabagged outside by a clash and a ela…. My team mate killed them and eventually we won but the next game I was paired with those two and they bullied the absolute crap out of me with shields and team killed me every round. I’m tired of being team killed. Even with reverse fire they chuck c4 at me and blow me up with no penalty.
Reported them for grief but I’m so over it. Everytime I play I get team killed over nothing. I don’t move fast enough at the start of the match (I have kids and sometimes I’m AFK for a whole 10 seconds) or I re enforced a wall someone didn’t want done and I’m killed for it. Or if it’s a 4v1 and I didn’t clutch killing 4 others… killed. If they’re in a group their team mates then follow suit and kill me. Oh I even gave someone a compliment and got killed for it. I usually run with a team mate and we revenge if either one of us is team killed but why. Why does it even have to be a friggin thing.
Messaged one to tell them to leave me alone and the reply was “but its so funny” no it’s not funny. I don’t enjoy wasting my precious gaming time being bullied by people who are supposed to be my team mates. It’s toxic and I hate it. I just want to play the damn game and have fun.
Simply restarting a portion of campaign or removing earned items is OK by curious to know what you all have done as punishment for losing while keeping momentum?
One thing I'm thinking is getting a Bamboozled jelly bean box and have everyone eat one, hopefully no rotten jelly beans!
if you don't know, in 2019 Mr. beast launched teamtrees, and if you failed day 10 you had to donate 20 trees, or for each day you had left. now that team seas is a thing does it still apply?
