A list of puns related to "Susan Blanchard (socialite)"
It fucking blows when you get Share the Spotlight as your first augment, only for the socialite hex to spawn on the edge of the board, cutting off 2 of the buffed hexes. Some clarity for the sake of knowing whether or not you're receiving a nerfed version of the augment would be amazing.
I've been seeing a lot of combps like Akali OR Kaisa OR Victor + 3x Socialite showing up at the top of meta lists currently. Since I've just been promoted to Plat, I'm in the comfortable position to meme around a bit and try out new combs that I'm not super familiar in ranked, without fearing derank.
Because of that I tried to 'force' these 5*-centered combs for a few games and was a bit suprised of how well it worked. I usually tried to not commit too hard on items if possible, but since at least Akali and Kaisa can use almost the same items, I would at least go for something like GA, Archangels or HoJ midgame, try to play strongest board and then commit on the first 5* carry I find (or in case of my last games on either Akali or Kaisa, since I'm more comfortable with those).
Last game I went with Cho-centered Mutants with Kaisa carry, to have the option to either stick with tier 3 Cho, or move to 3x Socialites, if I find a Galio, but already having a tier 2 Sion to support him.
While I still think it's probably a bit too risky to mainly go for those combps, it felt much more doable to force them then I first thought. I just feel like I might need to find a decent fall-back-comb in case I don't find any 5* carries, but since I usually play Urgot, Jhin or Yone I'm not super comforable with combs that need Akali or Kaisa items.
This comp use to be fun now I canβt stand seeing it cuz literally everyone is playing it (in plat at least). Are there any comps that do well against it? Help a bro out letβs win some games lol
Everyone knows how strong the Socialite + 5 cost carry comp is and how it'll probably be nerfed on the next patch. But are the 5 cost carries (mostly Kaisa) and the 3 socialite buff the main issue with the comp? I feel like the 5 costs and Socialite by itself is honestly fine. It's just Colossus that is the issue. Sion and Galio literally just tank infinite and allows the 5 cost socialite to scale infinitely and destroy your team. I feel like if they nerf the 5 costs and 3 socialite the units are the trait are just going to feel really underpowered. I think they should just find a way to bring the power down of Sion and Galio. This is just the opinion of a hardstuck 0lp Master player. So I wanted to get this subreddits Opinion.
> In a radio segment with 95.7 The Game in Philadelphia, Jason Dumas of Bleacher Report said the relationship between the Sixers and Simmons is "beyond repair" but the Klutch client does not want to go to Portland.
> "He doesn't want to go to a bad situation," said Dumas. "He's reading the tea leaves. He sees Toronto, he sees Portland and then, being frank being the young socialite that he is, he's not looking to go to any of those situations. He's looking to go to the California teams."

I rarely play innovators as Iβm mainly a filthy jhin 20/20 player but casually played it the other day with a friend in double up and neither of us knew the answer. The text does say βunitβ but putting the bear on it didnβt seem to do much. Sorry if itβs a dumb question as I am a lowly diamond 2 player.

Please keep all discussion cordial and substantial. It's fine to disagree with someone's opinion but much less so to be rude and demeaning. It's also fine to point out that something feels over/undertuned and offer suggestions for balancing, but keep things out of ranting or whining territory.

It had the same veneer of vanity, ridiculous overindulgence and wealth covering up a psychotic homicidal secret. Rather than being set in a male-focused 80s New York, the characters were wealthy women (maybe wealthy families in general but certainly not all men like AP) who live in white picket fence, perfectly maintained garden suburban USA.
Thanks!

Mutant trait changes every game, and Socialite trait enables a spotlight tile on the board, different for each game. However, unless you deploy a champion belonging to the trait (or someone else does), it's impossible to figure out the detail.
Considering how there're augments relevant to these traits as well (hearts, extra spotlight, etc.?), such information should be presented to the players to make better decisions.
At least for the Mutant's case I always tend to find 1~2 costs early enough (Kass/Kog) to peek at what the synergy is, but the lowest cost unit for Socialite is a 3-cost Taric and the spotlight tile is unknown to pretty much everyone until someone gets a hold of him.
EDIT: so many of the comments mention just scout; of course I know how to scout, but in the case where no one has mutants/socialites for a while? Or.. just as a QoL thing, of reducing redundant scouting work to reveal the most basic info of the game?
Socialite buffs dmg and Sunfire counts as dmg dealt by a unit, at least it's displayed as such. Does that mean putting a Sunfire on the socialited unit could actually be worth it?
Movies like "La Dolce Vita", "Bright Young Things," and "The Great Beauty" come to mind. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
