Reasons for pullover vary: Speeding, loud muffler, headlight out, license plate not in bracket, etc. Doesn't sound like a planned operation, just a couple of officers tasked with pulling cars over on East Wash tonight. It seemed to start with an escalated citizen complaint from someone who was upset because they felt the police weren't listening to her complaints.
Edit: Further information indicates this is a targeted effort that was planned for 11 PM. More officers have joined the campaign for overtime. They're stopping cars up and down East Wash.
Edit 2:14 AM: The campaign has slowed down but is still going. The last tally picked up was 18 stops under this campaign. Unrelated, travelers on Hwy 51 should be aware a car is refusing to stop and is expected to enter Madison from the north traveling southbound. Keep safe, good night.
Hi! My sister and I have been saving for a while now to buy a small business together. We were thinking of a car wash. There are a couple for sale that look decent in our price range. Any advice on what to look out for? or questions to ask when looking at a business that is already established? Versus starting one from the ground up? Pros? Cons? We are looking in Los Angeles
