Exciting news: Alchemist CDC has been awarded a grant of $694,000 by the final round of California's Prop 68 Statewide Parks Program! These funds will be used to fully develop the Oak Park Art Garden as a true park, urban orchard, and community gathering space!
When completed, the Art Garden will have storage and shade structures, community gathering spaces, accessible permanent walkways, bathroom for events, drinking fountain, and irrigation for the fruit orchard and pollinator garden.

Lads have ye ever gotten anything that’s in date in old oak. Every time I’ve been there the Miwadi, Red Bull knockoffs and mixers have been like 3 years out of date. The worst I saw was a MiWadi bottle from 2004

I am new mountain biking and am not familiar with the trails at Oak Mountain.
What trails/trail combinations would you recommend to make the most out of my ride tomorrow?
I am a capable bike rider who is slightly out of shape for bike riding. Please nothing above intermediate. Thanks for your help!
Update: Well I just finished my ride. I tried the North Lake Connector (down and back) before heading down to Slingshot via the Cat Dog and Gulch trails. Then I took the road back. I am sufficiently exhausted and will be back for more. Thanks for the input everyone.
I’ll let this quote speak for itself. I am still struggling with it:
