The grand finals feature the Finnish Zerg Joona Serral Sotala facing off against the Korean Protoss Kim Stats Dae-yeob, both the best players of their respective races throughout this year.
In all of StarCraft II history, a non-Korean has never reached the grand finals of BlizzCon/WCS. This is the perfect time to remember the age-old Tasteless meme, we are genuinely witnessing esports history.

Casters: Dan "Artosis" Stemkoski + Rob Simpson + Snowkiss
Prize Pool: $15,000 and ten paid trips to the 2012 Battle.net Asian Championship. The player finishing first will qualify directly for the 2012 Battle.net World Championship.
Format: Double Elimination. All rounds best-of-three. In the Grand Finals, the player coming from the Lower Bracket has to win two best-of-three series.
Matchups table will be filled out as games are played and information comes in, mouse over blue links to reveal spoilers. Final results will be six-hash format.
