The episode is about the Pinewood Derby, one of the contestants is called "Brewster". Surely that can't be a coincidence?
Kenny McCormick dies every early episode of South Park. The McCormick family is shown to have one older brother Kevin and Kenny. In the end of season 5, Kenny died from a muscular disease and stayed dead for a season, to appear casually at the end of season 6.
Later on the McCormick family has a little girl, sometimes she’s really young and sometimes older. It is later confirmed her name is Karen and Kenny is super protective of her.
It is shown that Kenny comes back because Mrs McCormick gives birth to him and he grows overnight. Was Mrs McCormick pregnant with Karen, which caused Kenny to stay dead for 9 months? Does Kenny die less because he’s being more responsible and caring for his younger sister?

Every time Kenny dies, he is buried or simply left where he died. The only exception to this is his season 5 death after which he was cremated and kept in an urn. I believe that there are 2 conditions to Kenny's immortality- his soul must be free, and it must be within a certain time of his vessel's death.
Keeping his ashes in an urn prevented his spirit/ghost from being free and he was unable to be revived, which is why he could was absent for so long. He then possesses Cartman and has to be expelled via an exorcism of sorts, after which he possesses a pot roast and subsequently Rob Schneider. It is only after Rob Schneider dies that he is once again able to revive.

In those 46 episodes, I would only classify 2 as “not great”, goobacks and Asspen. Every week in those seasons is a new classic or near classic episode

I was watching Family Guy season 16 episode 6 and there was this part that reminded me of South Park.

I have a feeling South Park did something like this, but I can't remember when? Does anyone know. I have a feeling Cartman was the one yelling "boo" at one of Stan or Kyles speeches.
I'm looking to write a spec script for next season and would love to see how the newest seasons are written. An AV article marks the Scott Tenorman episode being the turning point of their series >“an episode Trey Parker and Matt Stone have admitted in interviews was about their ‘Eureka!’ moment where they figured out what worked best for their plotting.”
Source. But this means we only see 4 official scripts after that point. Would be great to see how their skills were honed in the latest seasons.
I was able to find a site that listed transcripts for seasons 5, 6 , 7, 8, and 9, here. But the missing transitions and scene headings makes for a tough read. Let me know if you guys have anything on hand or know site we could download from.
