My boyfriend (quite new) is currently unvaccinated and I only learned about this recently after he came clean about not being vaccinated for covid. Iβm a nursing student, double vaxxed and have asthma. Iβm worried about getting sick because my lungs are not as strong as most people who donβt have respiratory issues. My boyfriend doesnβt think the vaccine is helpful and is skeptical about the whole thing. Heβll wear masks and is not anti other vaccines, but when it comes to the covid vaccine he thinks that if he eats healthy, exercises and is diligent about washing hands and wearing masks heβll be okay. He says βIβll never put you in harms wayβ but he doesnβt understand that he doesnβt get to choose whether he gets delta, omicron, or the initial variant. Is it wrong of me to hope that he understands that not only is he risking his health, heβs also putting my health on the line. Iβm not really sure what to do other than explain to him the epidemiology behind it to the best of my ability which I have already done.

Regular tachycardia with a wide and complete QRS. Slow R wave progression. T wave normal. U wave absent. I have trouble distinguishing the P wave from the QRS in leads II, III, AVR, AVL, and V3.
Based on what I can understand, my best guess would be a left bundle branch block. Thanks for checking it out.
Edit: There's a lot of very interesting discussion going on here. I also have this older EKG from the same person (7 years ago). I didn't put it here at first because it seemed pretty clean to me but I may have missed something since this case seems a lot more complex than I had anticipated. Thank you for your contributions!

Morbid obese people are more likely to contract SARS-CoV-2 infection and its most severe complications, as need for mechanical ventilation. Ketogenic Diet (KD) is able to induce a fast weight loss preserving lean mass and is particularly interesting as a preventive measure in obese patients. Moreover, KD has anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties, which may help in preventing the cytokine storm in infected patients. Respiratory failure is actually considered a contraindication for VLCKD, a very-low calorie form of KD, but in the literature there are some data reporting beneficial effects on respiratory parameters from ketogenic and low-carbohydrate high-fat diets. KD may be helpful in reducing ventilatory requirements in respiratory patients, so it should be considered in specifically addressed clinical trials as an adjuvant therapy for obese patients infected with SARS-CoV-2.

I had a sore throat yesterday, and I had been at a large event four days prior, so I got a covid PCR test. It came back negative. But starting yesterday afternoon, I've had a crazy runny and stuffy nose. It feels like a "normal" cold right now, and I forgot how not fun those can be, but are those even going around right now? Should I get retested later depending on how my symptoms evolve?
Also, would you eventually forget how to breathe?
