I’ve looked but not too closely. Look I know he’s an amazing guitarist. Sensational. But I want to know some of his blues deep tracks to really understand his blues influences. Has he ever tried any sort of true blues albums? What makes him so revered in the blues circles and why someone like BB King holds him such high regards. Anything in an album for vinyl. Is he a delta guy? Just influenced in his late 60s with the Yardbirds/Cream. That blue-eyed soul/blues he had in that timeframe. I’m looking for maybe an album of traditional blues to compare him with Lightning Hopkins, Junior Wells, Taj Mahal. Anyone help me out? I’m looking for stuff that’s not radio popular.
my partner told me once that his high school girlfriend gifted him a copy of Slowhand that had purple or blue lettering on it and i am desperately trying to find him a copy of it. does anyone know if this even exists? or where i could find one? thank you

Hi all! Back again for another weekly solo. After a lifetime of shredding and not "getting" Clapton, I'm finally coming around. This is the second of Clapton's three solos on this list and I'm really enjoying playing them and finally starting to learn that fast and technical does not always = better. Most of you are smart enough to already know this. I've been a bit stubborn in my ways over the years, haha, but I'm coming around. For me It would have to be 'The Machine' from Borderlands: The Pre Sequel, that gun was a beast and It helped me a lot leveling up to lvl 70, the gun special effect is that if you keep firing it will increase it's Fire Rate and Damage, so basically it could melt the final boss from Claptastic Voyage in seconds.
