I have also research come across mentions of "Declassified gulag archives" what exactly to these refere to and they publically available?

The server needs cases like this. It enables the law to become a finely tuned machine. Each court case sets or maintains a precedent based on the ruling. I look forward to trails and cases such as this because I feel like it will lead to a healthier server in the long run. Rulings in these cases can equate to a more specified interpretations of the law that translates to a smaller margin of error going forward. I get that 51-50 isn’t a crime and more so a procedure for mental evaluation but for those who are upset at the current ruling of the bench trial just know this has the potential to change standing procedure. Do I know if it will? No. None of us do, we’re only viewers and don’t see the behind the scenes. It’s not up to us as viewers and it shouldn’t be. That being said, who knows?
