This might seem like a rather odd question, but the topic came up in a conversation the other day. I am a Sex Therapist and I was speaking to a Presbyterian minister friend of mine who mentioned off-hand that the story of Samson and Delilah had always carried tones of BDSM to it. He said that the narrative of Delilah’s seduction and tricking of Samson was more palatable at the time than a more modern interpretive option: that Samson was submissive and that Delilah was his Domme...which would explain how someone who was noted as being a brilliant military judge (and sexually flawed man) might have fallen for such overt manipulation.
Are there any clues in the scripture, or the discussions (Talmudic and Christian) that might lend credence to this theory?

Are there any underlying meanings behind Samson and Delilah? I always feel like there is especially the chorus, "If I had my way I would tear this old building down". Just curious, if anyone knows anything about it please share, thanks!

Samson lost his strength when his hair was cut but Nas seems to have gotten strong and tough after he shaved off all his hair.
He gives Denna his name, she is tortured for it, and he cannot perform any of his powers anymore because someone has the control over him. He/she doesn't allow any more magic but will let him live his life quietly like a normal person until he dies.
