Just wanted to compliment Sal Stowers on how she has grown in her portrayal of Lani. I remember when she was first introduced - and felt "new". In the past year or so, she has been heartbreaking through the loss of David and now the birth/kidnapping of the twins.
Also, she is even more beautiful with her natural hair.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"

Here are some tips that might help if you're assigned to stow packages at a delivery station.
Walking: The less you do, the better your rate. Don’t walk around looking for a perfect aisle. Don’t go to a different cluster unless a SA/AM tells you to. If there are 6 or more packages in a lane, just go stow them before moving on.
Time management: Never reorganize bags, and don’t close bags if you can help it. If you have to choose between reorganizing or closing, just close it.
Bag organization: The most recent guidelines for bag organization do a poor job making efficient use of available space. Stack boxes like books (“library style”) going from right to left. Pull small boxes forward so they’re stacked in front of the larger boxes. Frisbee toss jiffies into the left side of the bag, opposite boxes.
Oversize boxes of diapers and wipes, regardless of the label if you can.
Teamwork: Build a relationship with your pick to buffer associates, help each other and communicate. As a stower: Move to racks that are getting full, prioritize clearing the middle rack so your P2B has somewhere to put packages. As P2B: Stack boxes neatly. It doesn’t matter how, but have some sort of method to your madness. Don’t mix jiffies in with boxes. Bonus points: Keep jiffies with the labels all facing the same way, shift packages up to the middle rack as time and space allow.
Situational awareness: Be aware of the way lanes are organized. In my warehouse: Odd-numbers are always closest to employee parking, even numbers towards dispatch. A is the column closest to the belt, G furthest. 1 is the row on the floor, 4 the top row. The lights are nice, but unnecessary. Use the SALs and start walking towards the appropriate bag as you scan.
Below are some tips for achieving certain rates (UPH)
0-250: Literally anything.
270: Use labels, don’t wait for lights.
290: Scan bags, not locations. Throw back missorts if the label is correct, don’t walk to Problem Solve.
310: Multicarry. Grab two or more boxes at a time. Grab all the jiffies at once.
330: Throw oversized. Stow A & B directly from the rack.
350: Clear the middle rack, then Jiffies, then leave.
370: Skip lanes without jiffies or a bad Pick to Buffer.
390: Cherry pick jiffies. Pretend you can’t hear PAs.
410: Cheat
