Wow everyone it has been a year since we opened up our sex life to you all and what an amazing journey it has been. We have grown so much in our relationship through our experiences!
So this year in recap, We successfully posted here on reddit and some LS sites, met a few couples that we have become good friends with and have enjoyed sharing experiences with them!
We want to share some of what we've learned so that hopefully others new & experienced couples can learn from us and share their experiences as well! (We are definitely not experts!)

HOW WE GOT STARTED
For us it began as a simple discussion that I (husband) brought up because of fantasies we had both mentioned during sex. I asked my partner how she felt about exploring some of our fantasies in real life.
At first she was hesitant and apprehensive. (which as the initiator that's likely what you should expect) I ensured her that I was not bringing it up because there was something missing from our relationship, because there wasn't/isn't. We are completely okay with never playing with anyone else again if that's what one us wanted. (We are all we will ever need, we both agree you guys are a pretty sweet bonus tho!)
COMMUNICATION IS #1 📣
We can not express the importance of open, vulnerable, honest communication.
Don't be afraid of the hard discussions, they are going to come up. Someone is going to feel left out, someone is going to be into a couple and the other isn't. You are going to need to communicate those feelings to your partner or someone will end up with hurt feelings or worse. 💔
We have found that this journey also requires (atleast for us) that you must always put the needs of your partner before your own desires or fantasies. Because really at the end of the day you began this journey together ❤️ and we belive you should continue that way no matter if you remain in the LS or not.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Management and this quarter
We talked about this quarter being some sort of disappointing in our last post, and that's where I want to start us off.
I decided to poke around. This is from their IPO with the quarterly report that followed.

It looks like this was a premonition, it was set in stone that this is their least eventful quarter.
This earnings was going to be bleak. What if management accepted this outcome, and wanted to rip off the band-aid by moving up the earnings call? Instead, we took the earnings move as a positive sign because of other companies. I was blinded by others―I was blinded by the chance to have a shake-up, a positive quarter surprise.
Perhaps, this is good fortune in disguise. As we get rid of 'paper hands', get rid of tight stop-losses, and others, the long-term holders remain. This disaster should soften future expectations. Although for the next foreseeable quarter is depicted not as rosy, this should give management a chance to pick-up the slack on iOS changes and push further into their expansion plans.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

They’re on standbi
I picked up 2 10tb HGST white label SAS drives and ran an extended SMART test on them. On the unraid dashboard I have the green thumbs up and no SMART errors were reported, but when I go into the drive attributes the SMART self-test results say "Errors occurred - Check SMART report."
Here are the SMART error summaries for both drives:

Do the error results above seem okay? I have already had to send back 2 drives as they both failed in sector 3, so I want to make sure that these won't fail when in my array.
If anyone has any suggestions on further testing I'd be glad to do it. I have heard preclearing is a good way to stress test the disks, but I've read that it isn't really recommended to do anymore.
BTW I am using the GA7-TESM motherboard with the built in SAS controller flashed to IT mode. I currently have 4 sata drives attached to it that have been working fine for years.
SOLVED: I was dding the image onto /dev/sdc1 rather than /dev/sdc. Thanks to all that helped.

Checking machine diskinfo, hd0 is the USB I'm trying to install from and hd1 is the SSD I want to install onto. (hd2 is a storage drive). EDIT: This was verified by comparing hd* with its storage size: hd0 had 30GB hence USB etc
I've tried searching for this error but haven't found anyone stuck on just the installation.
When I reboot into arch, I can't mount the USB due to wrong file type, bad superblock etc.
I've redone the dd command but still same output on booting.
Booting from the USB without UEFI gets me:

No O/S
I don't think I've missed anything from the installation faq. Don't really know what else I could have done at this point, haven't even reached the point of actually using OpenBSD on this computer.

I put in my two weeks on Friday. I had to wait for the NOASM to show up, because of course there would never be a salaried manager or the ASDS in my store on a Friday. Why would there be? After the restructuring of management, and the removal of the D93 DS position, I told my SM that I didn't want to be in a customer facing position. As there were only customer facing DSes and CXMs in our store, I would have to drop down to an associate. My SM's wonderful decision for literally the only person in the store who can correctly do RTVs, Receiving, and HHM? Lumber recovery. That's it. Just lumber recovery. "I don't know if we can slot you back into D93." Our lumber department is the laziest department that I have ever seen. So I decided to start interviewing elsewhere. I got an interview for a warehouse supervisor set up the day that the changes were rolled out (actually, I was texting the recruiter DURING the rollout meeting with the SM). I got the offer on Friday for almost double my current wage, even after the "raise".
I am so pumped to get out of this store, and stop being the HHM/Garbage bitch for the entire store.
I am so stoked to not have to figure out why the fuck we returned ten god damn appliances in one week, even though the ASMs know we will never get credit on them, and then I get yelled at by those same ASMs for the cage being at 30k.
I am so stoked to not get dumbass service desk workers calling me constantly through the day, to ask me where an order that came in three fucking months ago is, even though they should have verified it on the RFR every day.
I am so stoked to not have to be the bitch for lumber, who just decide that they don't have to do fucking anything, so the ASMs call me, in receiving, to drop concrete/lumber, even though there are three drivers in lumber, and I'm currently unloading an SDC on my own.
I am so stoked to not have to practically beg the ASMs to do markdown approvals, and they'll maybe come back once a week and do it half-heartedly. Meanwhile, the SM reports to the DM that it's done twice a day.
The best part? Our ops ASM who is now directly in charge of D93? She knows literally nothing about receiving. She has called me on my days off to walk her through key reccing a truck. Our D93 associates are both brand new, and our new RTV clerk has already lost over $10k in merchandise, including a customer repair, in the past month.
But you know what? It's not my fucking problem any more. It feels great.
