A list of puns related to "Run and Gun II"
I was thinking about this recently, I'm planning on doing a film project that involves a lot of interviews with people on the street. Right now my main lens is a Sigma 24-70 2.8, but I was thinking I should consider picking up a Sony so that I can have the continuous auto focus. The format I want to use is to have me, the videographer, be filming my friend interview other people, while they walk, so focus will become an issue. I have heard that the continuous auto focus on the Sony lenses is really good, am I on the right track?
PS on another note, I have a CAME-TV steadicam and I am considering using this to film, I haven't used it much yet at all so I'm wondering if this is a bad idea for some reason I haven't yet considered. Thanks!
The G7 has 4K recording and a cheaper price going for it, but the E-M5ii has very good in-body stabilization and a new flat profile for easier grading. If keeping things light and compact are at a premium, which one would you choose?
I'm not counting Megaman, Metroid, Gun Hazard, Earthworm Jim, Star Wars, etc because you often do things other than shooting people.
Gary Trent Jr said this in his recent interview here: https://youtu.be/RxZPJGnq-J4
The full quote (at the 8:00 min mark in the video):
> But you know, being in the West, you know, it's completely different from the East. It's kind of run-and-gun, it's more chucking 3's. You know the East is kind of grind-it-out, you know, they'll still throw it into the post here and there a little bit. You don't really get too much of that in the West.
What do you guys think of GTJ's thoughts, is there a difference in playstyle between the two conferences?
My wiki.
Terrans were exceedingly fortunate in their first attack of the war.
After the initial jump drive tests reached a seventy percent success rate, high command voted unanimously in favor of a decisive counter strike. Thanks to the salvaged navigation systems of the wrecked xeno fleet, humans knew the locations of the relay stations that connected jump points across the galaxies to the Shrike home worlds. This led military strategists to conclude that the tech required to jump without a relay station to guide a ship through the FTL lanes was unknown to the enemy.
Terra's first warship was patched together in two and a half months. Two foot thick reactive plating and prototype ion shielding would let it laugh off a shell from a battleship. Two drive engines powered by scrounged-up fuel cells, the jump drive model that showed the highest success rate, enough supplies for two months, and a crew of four thousand.
More importantly, it was armed with twin four-hundred-six millimeter Mark One mass drivers that could be fired from the jump, smashing twelve hundred kilogram iron slugs through enemy ships at four-and-a-half times the speed of sound. Not that the xenos would hear it in space, even if they were still alive after the hit. Armament was completed by two smaller turrets that were capable of delivering six hundred, thirty millimeter rounds every minute. It was the single greatest feat of engineering in the history of the planet.
It was also laughably pathetic. A mid-sized Shriike shipping company boasted more combined firepower.
The Terrans made the jump into orbit of the closest home worldβthe mass drivers incapacitating two capital shipsβlaunched its payload, disabled another capital ship on its way out, and sustained only one broadside. Well, only one was enough to crawl back with thirty five percent casualties and $80 billion reduced to scrap metal. But a willing trade for an entire planet.
Terra didn't know that four defensive fleets had left orbit through the FTL lanes to the forward relays minutes before. The never-before-seen jump drives had allowed the Terran ship to skip behind the front lines, catching an almost completely defenseless planet by surprise. The mass driver shots had happened to strike critical components of the
... keep reading on reddit β‘So I've historically only used the HDR while sniping, but since Season 4 started I've started loving the Swiss when I know I'm not going to be shooting from ultra-long range.
I'm currently figuring out the build I prefer for an XM4 sniper support (was using the Fara, but apparently thats an awful idea), and am getting comfortable with it when paired with the Swiss. However, when I try to run the same build with the HDR, I find there's a range where the XM4's recoil is too to hit reliably, but the slow ADS of the HDR means I can't use that while being shot at either.
Does anyone run different sniper supports for different snipers, and if so what are your pairings?
Title says it all, folks. Can't wait to put my hands on this console.
Edit: got downvoted into oblivion here. This game really is divisive, I guess...
