I purchased a Riton X3 Tactix optic and had it on my TaurusX22 competition for 3 months. It worked find and everything was functioning well.
After I installed the optic on my CZ shadow the dot would disappear from the recital after two discharges. It would reappear if I dry fired the gun, a few times. Then the next time I fired with a bullet in the chamber the dot would disappear again. Any tips or anything i can do to try and fix this problem? I have already changed the battery and tighten everything around the optic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone have any experience? They seem to have two rmr base models, the 3 tactix prd and the 3 tactix prd 2.
The prd is $170(ish) and the prd2 is $200(ish) on Amazon. Biggest apparent difference is the prd2 has shake and wake and auto brightness
Amazon has the red dot swampfox kingslayer for $173(ish) and the circle dot models for $200...and I've heard of them before. You have to go at least $50 more for a liberty or justice to get to shake and wake, and a lot more to get the sentinel with auto brightness
Alrighty, so I currently have a holosun 507k on my sig p365xl but my local shop is running a black Friday deal that has 1,000 rounds of 9mm (magtech, 115 grain) and a Riton MRD 2 for $400. Are Riton optics worth it, and in the off case I don't like it compared to my current holding, what would I realistically get for it (it's OEM overstock, brand new without retail packaging)?
