A list of puns related to "Right of abode in the United Kingdom"
This idea is largely based on:
Note: I know The Dutch, Spanish, Belgian, and Portuguese had empires at the time. Your input is welcomed as well.
Hello! I'm a student from Lithuania and I'm doing research on the topic of mandatory literature in schools.
I would like to know whether you have such a list and if there any problems related to accessing the literature? For example: are there any sources of accessing the books online in audiobook format?
I've heard conflicting answers about this. Some claim that the United Kingdom moniker, created after the Act of Union 1801, would only refer to the Union between Great Britain and Ireland, and subsequently Northern Ireland, and that before the AOU, it was just the 'Kingdom of Great Britain'. Others claim that the 'United' part refers to the Union between the crowns of Scotland and England, and thus it will remain. Most think that it would stay as The United Kingdom of Great Britain either way, simply because that is what the country is now known as.
The United Kingdom's government is already way to the left of the United States. They're so "far-left" that the modern day Republican Party would claim the Conservative Party is full of socialist radicals who want to turn the country into Venezuela.
Case in point, here are some of the current UK government programs.
β Universal healthcare
β Up to 39 weeks of paid maternity leave
β Up to 28 weeks paid vacation time by law
β The country does have some protections against massive student-loan debt
β Hasn't been waging an endless war in the Middle East
β Strict gun control
In reality Bernie's policies have already been victorious in the UK for decades now. The UK is a prime example of why Bernie can win.
I see that they are called federal subjects to Russia but I'm not really sure what that means. I see that there are 20 other republics within Russia. Is their ability to operate more autonomously than other areas including krais and oblasts give them the title of "Republic" and do they operate similarly to countries within the United Kingdom?
I'll edit this section as more people add their magazines in the comments section. Also, if you know any podcasts that read Fantasy/ Sci-Fi short stories on the regular, please mention them to.
