Currently living in California, boyfriend (32) and I (23) thinking of moving to Richmond VA in two or three years?
Can anybody tell me their personal opinion on Richmond area? The reason we are thinking of moving there is because my boyfriend's work has an office there so he could easily transfer, likely with paid moving costs. Also, CA is getting really expensive for us, and we looked at how much more affordable the living costs are in Virginia. Is it pretty, i.e. lots of trees and nature? Nightlife? Is it better than Petersburg? Idk, what are y'all's opinions on Richmond?
