I am working towards my Master in Physics, and as the title says I need to practice teaching those two subjects, as I need to make sure I am able to effortlessly explain and talk about them. I usually don't mind doing this at my wall, but lately due to some unfortunate circumstances I have too many thoughts rattling in my brain that prevents me from doing so. However while I tutor or prepare my lessons for someone all of my struggles disappear.
I have been teaching/tutoring math and physics for years at this point, and I love it. Not only I find it incredibly stimulating and rewarding, but I also believe it's one of the best occasion to deepen my own understanding of the subject. Also there are very few things I love more than talking about physics, a lifelong interest of mine.
However, I rarely get to tutor people in higher subjects, though I'm sure there's plenty of people who would like to learn more about it. So I thought "why don't kill two birds with a stone?".
If someone is willing to help me and (hopefully) learn some cool stuff about those subjects at the same time I would be eternally grateful!

I have JBL Quantum 800 headphones and I use them all the time. On every software they work flawlessly when I toggle between Game or Chat as the Audio Output setting, EXCEPT on Discord. If I set the Audio Output on Discord to "Chat" there's no sound. I've double checked that the wheel is set to the "Chat" setting so it's not that I've just accidentally put the mixer all the way to "Game". I've done tests where I set another software to "Chat" and play sound to make sure it's working, then set Discord to "Chat" and nothing comes out. It's driving me nuts! I use "Chat" for all voice comm software and "Game" for websites/videos, etc. except for Discord this doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?!
We investigate the quantumness of primordial cosmological fluctuations and its detectability. The quantum discord of inflationary perturbations is calculated for an arbitrary splitting of the system, and shown to be very large on super-Hubble scales. This entails the presence of large quantum correlations, due to the entangled production of particles with opposite momentums during inflation. To determine how this is reflected at the observational level, we study whether quantum correlators can be reproduced by a non-discordant state, i.e. a state with vanishing discord that contains classical correlations only. We demonstrate that this can be done for the power spectrum, the price to pay being twofold: first, large errors in other two-point correlation functions and second, the presence of intrinsic non-Gaussianity. The detectability of these two features remains to be determined but could possibly rule out a non-discordant description of the cosmic microwave background. If one abandons the idea that perturbations should be modeled by quantum mechanics and wants to use a classical stochastic formalism instead, we show that any two-point correlators on super-Hubble scales can be exactly reproduced regardless of the squeezing of the system. The latter becomes important only for higher-order correlation functions that can be accurately reproduced only in the strong squeezing regime.

Quantum XVII is a new clan looking for new and experienced players. We are currently 13 members and growing. We are 18+ only and are looking for those in the US. We ask that you be active in game (Doesnโt have to be 20 hours a week, just a few a week is fine), party chat, and discord. Discord has LFG and stat tracker bots. We are able to teach raids, dungeons, help through crucible, and just about anything in the game. We also provide builds for everyone to freely use. We are hoping to see many of you in the future as we take on bigger foes.
I am an undergraduate student who had studied basic quantum mechanics. Right now I am studying QFT by Schwartz, I find it quite challenging and therefore I thought about doing it with a group, where I can have discuss the exercise and theory. The intended audience are undergraduate, graduate or anyone who knows QM up to the level of Shankar or Sakurai. We will be following Schwartz otherwise it causes a lot of scattering without any meaningful outcome.
