Hello everyone. I've been a PSO for almost a year and I am really struggling with it. I have decided that for my mental health I will resign. I have two questions:
I haven't finished my 1 year probation yet, will it look bad if I don't give my two weeks notice?
Will me quitting affect my chances of getting rehired at another department/ position? (Do they put you in the non rehireable list)

Maybe shorting will be regulated or they will “regulate” themselves like we’re seeing now, closing many open positions.

Question: What would be the effect of playing a player out of his position? (E.g. playing a CAM at a CM role or a CB at a LB role)
Hello everyone! I recently bought a brand new Fender Player Stratocaster and hadn't realised until now that im not getting the hum cancelling effect you get in positions 2 and 4. I haven't done any modification to the pickups whatsoever.
Is this normal for a brand new strat? is it a factory defect? should i get it checked or are some strats just wired that way?
