Overview-
Flew from Orange County, Ca to SF, Ca
from SFO to Tokyo (was fortunate enough to have an empty middle seat)
from Tokyo to Singapore where we stayed for a couple of days (funnily enough in a hotel located in the Red light district)
From Singapore to Bali (where we stayed in an amazing villa that we found on AirBnB for 8 days)
from there, we rewinded the process and flew from Bali to Singapore (stayed for two days again, this time in a hotel in the marina area) then back to Tokyo > SF > Orange County
Our main carrier was ANA (All Nippon Airways), but their connector flights from OC to SF were handled by United
From Singapore to Bali, we flew on Air Asia which is one of the better budget carriers in Asia
We did this because:
Overall, it was an incredible adventure at a very reasonable price, even with the minor inconveniences we experienced.
From the release video Bandai made it clear that the app would be released officially in their planned sales area, but i havenβt heard of any updates on it.
So this July I have this trip month long trip planned out for five people and looking for some feedback so maybe I don't make any mistakes. The main goal is Australia, but we wanted to do a bunch of stop overs to see other places and break up the long flights. Recently been to HNL and SFO, but still wanted to spend some time there. Never been to any of the international locations. Flights will cost about $2600 each since all one ways or multi city.

While the demographics of the sub-reddit are in no way generalizable to the rest of the population, it will be nice to understand what concerns the (might I say) younger populace have. These could revolve around employment prospects, wealth inequality, environmental policies, minority rights, etc.
As we get closer to the elections, it will also be nice to see how the manifestos of the various parties line up.
The market for carbon credits is rapidly increasing and it certainly isn't a coincidence that a country or a company that has a huge share in that market would like to keep it that way. It is probably reasonable to assume that Tesla had problems with their BTC adoption since it coincides with them receiving free carbon credits which they sell to other companies that don't produce EVs or very little.
To go back a few years, Tesla got $593 million in carbon credits in 2019, and in just Q2 of 2020, $428 million (https://insideevs.com/news/438345/tesla-428-million-carbon-credits-q2-2020/). In Q1 of 2021, they had $518 million in revenue from carbon credits. (https://www.cnbc.com/2021/05/18/tesla-electric-vehicle-regulatory-credits-explained.html)
Today Binance announced that they will stop users from buying or trading crypto in Singapore from 26th October to comply with local regulations, and later on, it was announced that a startup company CTX started selling carbon neutrality tokens backed by Chinese carbon credits. (https://www.coindesk.com/business/2021/09/27/singapore-startup-sells-carbon-neutrality-tokens-backed-by-chinese-carbon-credits/)
There seems to be a quite strong correlation between the carbon token market and stronger regulations, and I figure it would be possible to predict some new regulations or carbon tokens sales based on market actions in those two in other countries.
Me and my partner are looking to move to a 2 bedroom house. There are now 3 of us so we need to make this move sooner or later and we'd prefer sooner.
There is a house that we're interested in but we've been told and seen some 'advice' to stay away from certain areas such as Alcuin avenue and Etty avenue..
The house is in Tang Hall on Burlington Avenue right next to Alcuin/Etty Avenue and we're wondering why does the area have such a bad rep? Is it at all justified at all?
