I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Let's start with the basics...

Legendary & Exotic Armor can drop with a base stat between 44 & 68. We will go a bit more in-depth on how this works later.

When you masterwork gear, it'll give +2 to ALL stats. With all 5 slots masterworked, you'll always have +10 to each stat (Base Tier 1)

All legendary & exotic gear MUST have at least +2 in each stat (excluding class items). This means you'll always have +8 in each stat

All in all, you'll always have +18 on your guardian

If we use 60+ legendary gear on our armor; then we should have at least ~314.5 stats to use on our gear.
So if I want to run 100 mobility and 100 recovery on my Stompee's Hunter, then I just need to find armor with ~200 stat points in those stats right?

Introducing: Armor Plugs
This is where things get a bit... Math Intensive
Thanks to Light.gg & datamining, we know that Legendary & Exotic gear doesn't assign "random" numbers to each stat. Instead, 4 randomly selected "plugs" are selected; two from "Plug 1" (Recovery, Mobility, & Resilience) and two from "Plug 2" (Discipline, Strength, & Intellect).
