I currently store emergency ration bars from Walmart and Sonstegard egg mix in my car's emergency bag - foods seen here - but neither of them have safe temperature storage levels listed. Do y'all know if it's safe to store these in the heat of a southern car's interior, and do you know of any lightweight food preps that can withstand the heat?
